Charm double room is a small room with two beds stuck together(They lied about the Queen size Bed and the same employee through this whole review claimed this is how things called in Austria) and a balcony. You better choose the Mountain View otherwise you will be stuck with other people’s balconies view. Room is so small, you can't open your bag fully without closing the path. The room Full size picture from entrance] size “17 m^2” is clearly counting the bathroom and balcony sizes[Full size balcony picture]with the room. Expect to hear other people’s footsteps outside, and above you. Checking in is in 4PM and Checking Out is 10pm UNLESS the previous guest doesn’t checkout on time then you have to wait like we did for more than 1 hour and half even though we came and informed them before the Checkin by 2 hours and 30 mins so in total we waited 4 hours to enter our small room (5:30 PM entered the room). During our waiting, Two Customers came After us and entered their rooms(The Big Rooms, might I add which are bigger then our room by 10 times) while our room doesn't take more than 30min to clean entirely wasn't ready(Basically, they focus on bigger rooms and ignore these small rooms during cleaning so you better choose anything but the Charm Double Room). Apparently they are Very Very Slow with cleaning the rooms and while we waited one of the guests came to inform them about his room which wasn’t organized/cleaned from last night and same excuse was we are fully booked sorry we will do it now[picture of used tissues on balcony from the previous guests. But I tested them and throw some papers there and the next day they really cleaned the balcony.. Other than that, they have a good breakfast and a great variety of free activities in Kaprun with their cards, so if you drop In, just to never stay more than night sleep then it is fantastic for the services otherwise I do not recommend it. Couldn’t upgrade because the are fully booked and the same employee said (Sorry we are fully booked which is good for us and bad for you) annoying joke but it it passes. The hotel was ok at best while the free activity card was Amazing.
Do Not rent this SMALL room unless you won't stay for long, it doesn't worth it as much as the Free Activity Card. (Ofc, no AC{I recommend the hotel to give fans to use during the night for us} and the room was hot and at night so we open the balcony window and if one of your neighbor's kid started crying and they open their damn balcony in middle of the night for some damn reason, you will hear them loud and clear as if they were with you...
Read moreWe had a truly wonderful experience at Avenida Panorama Suites, and a big part of that was thanks to the incredibly helpful and kind Maja at the front desk. She was already so friendly and accommodating over the phone when we booked – and it didn’t stop there. We had a long drive and were arriving late, just after the reception was due to close, but Maja kindly chose to stay an extra half hour after her shift just to make sure we arrived safely and had everything we needed. It was raining heavily, yet she still took the time to stand with us outside and explain everything with a smile. That level of dedication is rare and truly appreciated!
The hotel itself was also fantastic – spotlessly clean, fresh, and beautifully decorated with a charming wooden interior that gave it a cozy countryside feel. Our suite had a private terrace with a breathtaking view of the mountains – you couldn’t ask for a better place to wake up. Breakfast was another highlight, with a wide variety of options and a chef preparing dishes fresh to order.
We can wholeheartedly recommend Avenida Panorama Suites to anyone looking for a comfortable and personal stay in Kaprun. We’ll definitely be coming back – thank you...
Read moreWe stayed at the Avenida Style Apartments last winter (January) while on our snowboarding trip in Kaprun. ||||Four of us rented one of the apartments (ground floor) and we all found it absolutely perfect and well worth the price we booked it for (plus it was just minutes away from the slopes). ||The apartment had one bedroom and one living /kitchen area. The living room had an extensible couch that sleeps two people and we found it super comfortable. ||The kitchen had new appliances (oven, cooker, dish washer, fridge, Nespresso machine and coffee pods, coffee filter plus filters for us to use) and all the necessary utensils. ||We also had a good sized terrace overlooking the slopes, where we could sip our morning coffee or relax in the afternoon. ||Bathroom was clean and quite a good size.||The hotel has a storage basement for your ski/snowboard gear and that was super useful because we could leave everything there to dry. ||Staff very friendly and helpful from the beginning of our trip right until the end. ||||When we checked in we had to leave an approx of EUR 300 as a warranty but we promptly got that amount back a few days after we checked out. ||||Would definitely...
