I recently had the pleasure of dining at Luis Gardens in Kaprun, and it was a truly enjoyable experience. The food was delicious, fresh, and well-prepared, and they also offer halal options, which made it even more convenient and comfortable for us.

The atmosphere of the restaurant was very nice — cozy, welcoming, and perfect for a relaxing meal. The service was excellent from start to finish. Special thanks to our waitress, Yana, who was extremely kind, attentive, and helpful throughout our visit. She made sure we had everything we needed and added a personal touch to our dining experience.

The service was exceedingly disappointing, particularly due to the behavior of a specific staff member. Her attention seemed more devoted to socializing and smoking outside than attending to her duties. When she did approach our table, her manner was brusque; she practically tossed dishes onto our table and placed hot plates into our hands without warning. We were a group of 8. Table was not quite ready when we arrived. Waited a good 10 minutes for someone to take the drinks order. 5 of 8 opted for the variations on a Thai yellow curry. The presentation was lovely. Sauce arrived in jugs to share with different amounts in each jug. Very disappointing, the ‘curry sauce’ was like puréed butternut squash with barely a hint of spice and extremely sweet.
