Margarethenstein Boutique Hotel & Apartment — Hotel in Kaprun

كانت تجربتي في هذا المكان مخيبة للآمال للغاية، وأثارت العديد من المخاوف المتعلقة بالأمان، والنظافة، والاحترافية في التعامل.

في البداية، طُلب مني تحديد وقت الوصول بدقة مبالغ فيها، وتعرضت لعدة أسئلة غير ضرورية وغير مريحة قبل تسجيل الوصول. كما تم التواصل معي من قبل الفندق خارج منصة الحجز الرسمية، وهو تصرف غير مهني إطلاقًا. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، تمت محاولة تعديل تفاصيل الحجز بطريقة قد تؤدي إلى دفع رسوم إضافية، وهو ما وجدته تضليليًا وغير نزيه.

لا يوجد مصعد، واضطررت إلى حمل أمتعتي بنفسي إلى الأدوار العلوية دون وجود أي مساعدة، وهو أمر غير مقبول في منشأة تُقدَّم على أنها فندقية.

واحدة من أخطر النقاط التي واجهتها هي وجود بار على سطح المبنى، يستخدم نفس مدخل الشقق السكنية، مما يُهدد خصوصية وسلامة النزلاء. في إحدى الليالي، قابلت شخصًا في حالة غير طبيعية نازلًا من البار، يتجول في ممر الشقق بشكل مرتبك، وتوجه نحوي بطريقة مقلقة بحثًا عن المخرج. كانت تجربة مخيفة وغير مقبولة إطلاقًا.

إضاءة الممرات تعتمد على مستشعرات حركة، لكنها تعمل بشكل غير فعّال، حيث تنطفئ بشكل مفاجئ وتترك الممرات مظلمة تمامًا. لا توجد كاميرات مراقبة داخلية في هذه الممرات، بل توجد فقط كاميرا خارجية عند المدخل، مما زاد شعوري بعدم الأمان.

الأثاث داخل الشقة قديم ومتهالك، والمرتبة والمفارش بدت وكأنها لم تُستبدل أو تُنظف بعد مغادرة النزيل السابق، مما أثار لديّ شكوكًا جدية بشأن مستوى النظافة.

أما أكثر النقاط إزعاجًا فهي أن النزلاء يُطلب منهم إخراج النفايات بأنفسهم، ولكن ليس إلى مكان خارجي مخصص، بل إلى غرفة داخل المبنى مخصصة للنفايات، كانت متسخة للغاية، مليئة بالحشرات، وذات رائحة كريهة. هذا الوضع لا يليق إطلاقًا بمنشأة سكنية محترمة.

بشكل عام، شعرت بعدم الأمان، وعدم الراحة، وخيبة أمل كبيرة. كانت التجربة أقل بكثير من أدنى التوقعات. أدعو الإدارة بجدية إلى أخذ هذا التقييم بعين الاعتبار، واتخاذ إجراءات فورية لتحسين مستوى الأمان والنظافة والشفافية في التعامل .

‏My experience at this property was deeply disappointing and raised multiple concerns regarding safety, hygiene, and professionalism.

‏First, I was asked to provide my exact arrival time and was subjected to multiple unnecessary and uncomfortable questions before check-in. The hotel also contacted me outside the official booking platform, which is highly unprofessional. Additionally, there was an attempt to change my booking details in a way that would have required me to pay extra fees, which I found misleading and dishonest.

‏There is no elevator, and I had to carry my luggage by myself to the upper floors. No luggage assistance was provided, which is unacceptable for a property that claims to offer hotel-like services.

‏One of the most serious concerns is the presence of a rooftop bar, which shares the same entrance as the residential apartments. This compromises guest safety and privacy. On one occasion, I encountered a person in an intoxicated state coming down from the bar and walking through the apartment corridor. He appeared confused and approached me in a disturbing way while looking for an exit. This experience was frightening and unacceptable.

‏The corridor lights are motion-activated but poorly timed, often turning off abruptly and leaving the area in complete darkness. There are no interior surveillance cameras in the corridors — only one exterior camera at the entrance — which increases the feeling of vulnerability.

‏The furniture in the apartment is outdated, and the mattress and bed linens gave the strong impression they had not been replaced or cleaned after the previous guest’s departure. This raises serious hygiene concerns.

‏Another extremely unpleasant point: guests are required to dispose of their own trash, not in an external bin or normal area, but in an indoor garbage room located inside the building. The place was unclean, full of insects, and smelled awful — completely unhygienic and inappropriate for any accommodation.

‏Overall, I felt unsafe, uncomfortable, and misled. The experience was far below even basic expectations. ‏I strongly urge the management to take this feedback seriously and implement immediate changes to ensure guest safety, cleanliness, and...

January, 6 nights in small boutique hotel, in the centre of Kaprun were relaxing and unexpextedly nice experience. It was situated nearby ski lift, also supermarket, also needed bus stations only 100-200 meters.|The biggest surprise, or may be it is their standard quality, was the half board . First the dinner which was most delicious and suitable for all of us 4, definitely the level of 5* hotel or even more, not to say You have to be careful not to order too much. So thanks to the cook. The breakfast was also sufficient, everything You needed was available, the foodstuff or its material itself was fresh and healthy as in breakfast , as in dinner. One thing I missed was fresh vegetable juice in the morning, but its only me, fresh orange juice was available. |And wines - I was always a little bit suspicious of Austrian wines, not any more, at least in their hotel.|The apartment was very nice and comfortable, we slept really well. |Saunas, quite enough for such small hotel, especially, there were never crowds and opened almost all the day. |The stuff was very helpful and gave us every advice and fulfilled the request we asked.|So nothing more to say, if I go back to Kaprun were I have been twice so far, I would definitely choose...
