Bakery - Café Gugglberger — Restaurant in Kaprun

Staff here didn't speak English and didn't even try to communicate with us. It seemed to me the staff had a problem with us being tourists and not speaking any German. When we entered, we went to sit down, since we thought somebody will come and take our order, the waitress passed us by like 10 times and didn't even try to explain that we have to come to her to order. So we sat there for quite some time before we realised that even though other people ordered when the waitress approached them, this will not be our case, since she ignored us...

We visited the bakery to have a quick hot chocolate as we needed a short break to breastfeed the baby. It was 10.35 am, 25 minutes before they close. The lady working in a cafe refused to serve us and said they are closing in 10 minutes. We had to feed the baby outside under the snow.
