We stayed in the large 3-bedroom apartment, which is of adequate size for 2 families (us: 4 adults, 5 kids in total, age range 4 to 8, stayed from 25-2-'17 till 4-3-'17). The kitchen area is on the small side, but has a nice balcony with a lovely view. All rooms have their own shower + toilet, which is a big plus. The apartment is not within walking distance from the ski lifts, grocery stores and restaurants/nightlife. They offer a bread service. There is on site ski storage. Ski storage near the lifts is only free of charge if the ski's are rented through the apartment's ski rental partner. ||So far: Size - price - location - comfort level: ok(-ish). ||However:||We had a couple of small run-ins/misunderstandings with the host over the ski-storage, a misplaced key, a spilled egg, and the unfortunate event of one of our kids wetting the bed. ||This had obviously led to some frustration on her part, which resulted in the following happening on our morning of departure:||At 5:30 the host stormed (honestly this literally happened!) into the apartment and, as it turned out, falsely accused us of taking too much bread from the bread box downstairs. After being told she was wrong, she then started maniacally taking out the trash, and ended up taking the bread, that was in similar plastic bags as some of the trash, that we paid for and was supposed to serve as breakfast on our long trip back, with her, together with the trash. ||During all this she also accused us of leaving the apartment behind improperly cleaned, while at the time of the accusation we were nowhere near ready to leave, and were at the time of her entry in the process of cleaning. ||||What's worse, during all this, we repeatedly asked her to leave, but she failed to do so. ||At that point she basically was in violation of our domestic privacy; there was no emergency, we were not causing a disturbance, she simply had no business being in the apartment. What she should have done was: ring the bell, or knock on the door, stay at the doorstep, clearly state the purpose of her visit, and ask if she could come in to check to amount of bread we took. The apartment, that at that time was paid for in full, was ours till check out time, she simply had no right to be inside without our clear consent. But to the contrary, she failed to leave, caused a scene, disturbed our children who were just waking up, in the proces causing a very uncomfortable and threatening situation for them. ||||Finally, upon ringing the bell at reception to get our bread back (we only later, after she finally did leave, found out that she had taken the bread), she failed to answer the reception bell.||||We have travelled quit a bit, but can honestly say, that we have never ever experience something that comes even close to this. Read moreI had a reservation in this place, we came in the morning to say hello and change clothes in ski room on the way to the mountain. Some Gentelmen welcome us was very friendly and helpful.
Later in afternoon, we came back to check in and we receive information that the Wellness is closed today, which was very sad for me, because this was main reason to choose this place, so I was disappointed I told the lady(probably the owner) that why they haven't wrote anything in the email in the process of booking, she reply that, information was on the website, but I was using booking.com to find a place and then call them directly from Google maps, why I should check all website that on this weekend/day spa is closed.
So if I will booked room from booking.com there should be also information, but there is not, I check it twice.
So I started to search for other hotel, and then the lady was very rude to me and was suggesting that I was not paying for hotel because what? I knew it that the Spa was closed or what? I wanted to pay by checkin, becasue the reservation allow this, then she was telling me to go somewhere else which I did.
I was several time asking if everything was ok with her, becasue it was totally not needed to get upset becasue by us after two days driving and all day on the slopes we wanted to relax our body's in sauna...we was expecting some understanding.
Normally if i will run business i will turn on this sauna for guest or even she could tell me to pay extra 20 Eur to turn it on this special day - as a owner i will solve it this way for customer, always. But she was upset from beginning, I don't know why.
I'm the owner of two restaurants and this treatment is not acceptable in my standards from where I coming from.
That's why I don't recommend this place becasue lack of sympathy from the lady(owner?)

The owners are extremely friendly and helpful, the house is designed and decorated with good taste, everything is clean and well maintained.
