The apartment is a short 10 walk from the local Kaisermuhlen U-bahn (underground) station. Convenient for the Vienna conference centre VIC and UN. The area is nice and quiet and has local shops, cafes and restaurants. |The apartment is accessed by a key box (if arriving late). |Clean, tidy and comfortable is the first impressions of the apartment, then as you explore you find that it is so well equipped. Great comfy bed, good size bathroom with large walk-in shower. Plenty of storage space in the bedroom.|We had a little trouble with the A/C, but a quick call to the staff it was soon sorted. The kitchen is well stocked with all you would need, including dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob and microwave. |The apartment overlooked the garden and pool, which residents have access to. Ok, the hotel is situated in a quiet street. Ok, the apartment is very clean and sleep quality is fine. But there were also some quibbles. I checked in after 11 pm and saw an A/C remote control. As it was a very warm night, I tried to make it work, without success. I mentioned this the next morning, to be told that the A/C was in the process of installation and would not work for another week, and that in my booking there was no mention of A/C. Would it not have been possible to leave a little note in the room saying that A/C was not yet operational? That would have saved me considerable time. The TV also did not operate when I checked in and I was told that maybe someone had not accessed the Austrian programmes for some time (???). In fact there were only Austrian programmes... why not provide a chart with the available TV channels , their number and names? The night before checkout, I found the hotel bill in my room; when I wanted to settle the bill in cash the next morning, I was told this was no...

We stayed here for a conference at Austria Center. Amazing location! 10 minutes walk to Austria Center or just 2-3 bus stops away. There is a grocery store right next to the apartment. The room is spacious, equipped with kitchen. The bathroom is also comfortably big, and they even stocked some q-tips, cotton pads, and wipes for us! The housekeeping team is absolutely amazing! We didn’t have time to wash the dishes and thought that we’d come back to do it later im the evening, but they washed them for us when they came to clean the room. Thank you!
