Landway Suite WLL — Hotel in Bahrain Island

Good Location, with massive car parks, safe and well guarded. However very tired rooms and lazy staff except for the day receptionist and one particular night receptionist- washing machine was not in the apartment- asked for it they brought in a broken washing machine, 1 toilet was not flushing- they couldn’t fix it , Management never get involved never had a look up stairs. However in general most of the staff were kind but not fast to act or clean - you request things they bring you very little. Not enough cutlery or utensils - old furniture and for towels you have to beg them to give you some. The place needs internal renovation. Management should get involved more go up and check for themselves the standard of cleanliness and Maintenance level before giving apartment keys. Also why just one key per apartment even though three people are staying !! Location is a premium near Supermarkets and a mall so why not maintain the place well, update the rooms and speed up...

Great staff, but the hotel is a mess, dated, run-down, dirty, and maintenance issues.

Only 1 towel provided despite booking a 2 room apartment. Had I not booked through bookings.com, I would have left, but I would have been charged the full amount.

يقع في منطقه ماهي مناسبه للعايلات المحافظه ومنطقة مزعجه للسهرات وغيره ،، موظفين الفندق جميلين بالخدمه والتعامل والاسعار ممتازه ، نظافة الغرف اقل من المتوسط واثاث الغرف مستهلك لاكن مقابل السعر مناسبه ،والغرف البعض منها اطلالته مناسبه

مانصح فيها للعوايل ابدا مناسبه للشباب قيمة الموقع...
