Jafran Resto — Restaurant in Dhaka Metropolitan

Update 2025: Don't bother ordering from them anymore. It went downhill in terms of everything. The chicken is tiny in size, and to cover that, they give a huge portion of rice, which makes 0 sense. Taste is also pretty bland.

As you can see from the photos, Jafran is a favorite of ours. It's a go-to place for us friends to enjoy some quality biriyani.

The place is nice and cozy with a good ambiance. The staff are well-behaved and responsive.

The food is amazing. They do not have traditional kacchi stuff, but what they have is even better and feels lighter after eating. Their Hydranadi biriyani and Spicy Tandoori biriyani are a must along with the butter chicken.

First of all, the place looks nice. Not too decorative nor too simple. Now lets talk about the food. Mutton was unavailable so had to stick with a confined choices. We picked Hyderabadi biryani. Especially if you are a biriani lover, then this place is for You.
