The worse experience I've ever had. I was put in a loft / attic and I could not stand upright in the room. I had to move inside the room like in a submarine because it is a loft right at the roof converted to a bedroom. Bathroom was in two parts - washbasin and shower in one part and the toilet in the other. For both, one side was at the inclined roof, so you could not do anything while standing fully upright! A/C was broken and I had to sweat in the loft until I finally decided to check out on the afternoon of the second day, it was unbearable. There was no chair, so I could not even sit, I had to drag a table close to the bed to use my laptop. Obviously there was no "normal" room available. So it can happen to you if you're the last guest that day! I was asked to pay in advance BEFORE I saw the room. Fortunately I refused. But the next day that I left, I was asked to pay for all 3 nights of my booking! I refused and wanted to pay only for the 1 night that I stayed. Finally I was asked to pay for 2 nights, including the one I did not stay, they just wanted the money. In many booking sites this hotel states facilities that are not entirely accurate and are also misleading. Example: "Elevator/Lift". Yes, but not for all rooms, and you still have to go up many stairs after the elevator has reached the floor. For my room, it was so difficult to go up with luggage because there are two sets of stairs, one after the elevator and one INSIDE the room, which is very narrow. You cannot carry a suitcase unless it is behind you or in front of you, but how do you go up the stairs like that? From what I saw I would very much doubt that the "24 hour front desk" is real, because I was there at 7 o'clock in the afternoon and there was no one at the reception. I had to go back up and come down 1 hour later, and still no-one, but this time I rang a bell and they heard... Also you cannot call it a front desk or a reception... It is a very claustrophobic hotel from my experience, with poor service, reception was not always manned, I was waiting for ages to be served, the entrance does not have any sign next to the door or the doorbell, and rather looks like an abandoned house than a hotel. I had to go back out to look for a sign which I eventually found very high and only visible from a certain angle outside the road.
The worst part is that the person at the reception wanted me to pay in advance before I saw the room which is far from a direct honest approach and reveals a lot about how they think of their customers.

Read moreI had a negative experience at this hotel. I booked a half luxe(junior ) suite in this hotel for two nights, in the description there were photos of the room and it was written that there was a balcony. When I checked in, I found that the room did not match the description and pictures. I demanded that the manager, who called herself the owner of the hotel, provide me with a room that matches the description on the booking site and which has the promised balcony. The hostess began to laugh at me, saying that she didn’t post this description on the site and she also didn’t post photos on the site and she doesn’t have a better number. That is, the junior suite of the room for which I paid, she does not have and is available. When I asked why she posted false information on the booking site, she said that she did not post anything. Then she began to openly laugh at me, when demanding to return my money to me, she did not even let me into my room and I took my things with difficulty. I was already ready to call the police to take my things and return my money, but the booking site professionally dealt with this conflict and the site returned my money to me. It happened on my birthday, that is, the day was ruined, but this did not disturb the hostess of the hotel and the man whom she called. Together with this man, they laughed at me. I want to warn you against the negative experience that I went through. Also, all this time (star time) for two hours, an employee was sitting in my rented room and repairing the door to the shower room. I ended up not being able to check into the room I paid for. I post photos of the room and another room that was offered to me as a replacement, but these photos did not match the...
Read moreThe price of 207 Euros incl. breakfast for a very small room on the top floor with a small window at floor level was excessive and double the price from when I last stayed there in June 15 when I was charged 98 Euros incl. breakfast for a large room!!! I would note that the general fitting out of the room was totally comparable to the larger/standard sized rooms used previously excepting the issues following. Avoid room 27 if your are claustrophobic and need sufficient light either from a full sized window and electric light to be able to do some work sat at the desk unit!! WiFi worked spasmodically as signal was not good! However the positive was the hotel location suited my meeting venue which was a short walk down the road. If you do not like Indian food there are a few restaurants about 5 minutes walk away turning right from the hotel following the main road/tramway and through the park with the two small lakes. I will definitely not pay this price again as it is comparable to the city centre hotels which have good sized rooms and far more...
