The hotel overall is great. |The minute you arrive you feel well taken care of. The valet is waiting to pick up your luggage and take care of your car. Check in was fast and the receptionists were very friendly.|The room was great! Clean, spacious. You have the AC control which works very well! I I went to this town with my uncle and got surprised with the excellent classification of this hotel with TripAdvisor members. Sorry to disagree a little. Yes it´s a good building, very well located, and has an honest restaurant in the lobby. Although the soup that we ordered was made in microwave, it tasted good. We found some trouble to find the reception number, no it was not written in the phone. That room was ready but the beds was not separated as they should be for to single guests. On the good side, service is friendly (though not very efficient), breakfast is great, it was good value and the location is good.

However, there are a few annoying problems that could be addressed. First, it's crazy noisy outside (motorcycles and cars roaring through the night) so it was hard to sleep. The windows are single paned, so you hear the streets very clearly. Second, the rooms are clean and adequate but have no decor and only white harsh light - feel more like a hospital room than a place to relax. Third, there are too few elevators.
