Hotel Lang Palace — Hotel in Região Geográfica Imediata de Chapecó

It's a business hotel in Chapeco, traditional with renovated rooms, has a good comfort level.||The location is good near the city center.||The services of check in and check out are good and fast. Disliked bar service, at least at the times I was using had to call someone at the front desk to help.||The wi-fi is free, a bit unstable in some rooms, but there's signal in the entire hotel .||The rooms are well kept, comfortable bed, clean and a good warm shower, which is important in Chapecó winter. Prefer the rooms inside the hotel because it is located between two busy avenues with traffic of vehicles consequently noise.||The breakfast is not the strenght of the hotel as well restricted in options, but for me is not a problem, but it starts early in the morning due to flights that leaves early in the morning. There's transffer service front hotel to the airport.||It is a good choice of accommodation...

It is considered a good business hotel and most companies will place you there. But... Since my last visit it has either gone down or I have become more demanding. Rooms are equipped with the basic furniture, acceptable but not fantastic. It has a lousy internet connection and no electrical outlet near the only place where you can work. I could not send my emails since there was a bizarre msg coming and saying it could not be sent. I had to use the webmail. The shower goes everywhere even at you if you make an effort. Breakfast is ok and service is attentive and the price is the same as in a superior hotel. Expensive for what it offers and they include an illegal and unconstitutional tax of "tourism" at your bill. Shout and it shall be removed. Simply saying please remove it from my bill it was not enough to get it removed when the request was...

Besides the loud noise comming from the street I noticed a hole in the ceiling next to the lamp inside the apartment.||The shower could be much better regarding the water had no jet but spread all over the cubicle.||After luch my roommate and I were taking a nap when someone from the housekeeping (I supose) broke in actually opening the door while we were resting, without even nocking the door! When she realised the room was occupied she closed it. I found it profoundly abusive, improper and I personally complained to the attendant in the front desk, who said the manager...
