Hotel Meridiano V — Hotel in Região Geográfica Imediata de Curitiba

The hotel is in a bad state of repair. The first room I had the toilet wouldn't stop flushing. They did move me quickly but the 2nd room had its own issues. Bits of the floor coming up, toilet door handle broken. The WiFi was almost non existent, constantly dropping out. When I mentioned these issues I was told (quite rudely) that it was too late too do anything. The staff do not know how to deal with international guests even with me trying to use Google translate one particular member of staff would just rudely just shout Portuguese at me. Maybe if you are a Brazilian you would get treated better. My advice is stay somewhere else. The location is not particularly great. Saying that the private parking is excellent and breakfast...

This hotel is in need of some refurbishment. The first room the toilet wouldn't stop flushing. They moved me to another room but here bits of the floor where coming up, the handle to the toilet door broke on 1st use and the WiFi isvery poor, constantly going on and off. When I mentioned this I was told quite rudely that it's too late now. The staff make no attempt at trying to hold a conversation even when I tried to use Google translate one particular guy would just keep shouting in Portuguese the same thing time after time. É um hotel cujo valor é atrativo, serve café da manhã, porém oferece o básico, é pra quem vai passar pela cidade a trabalho ou só pernoitar por algum motivo. Não tem ar condicionado, não há elevador (se tiver muita bagagem vai ter subir pela escada mesmo) as acomodações são simples e atendimento, num geral, é razoável. Não espere muita cordialidade. Eu, por exemplo, precisei pernoitar com família em Curitiba e, pelo preço fomos levados a ficar aqui, meu marido precisou sair antes de nós para resolver umas coisas e ficou eu e meu filho de seis anos com todas as bagagens (muita bagagem, pois estávamos há dias viajando e no retorno tivemos problemas com o carro que foi guinchado para cá e ficamos com todas malas e tudo o que foi adquirido no nosso percurso - pra subir foi quase tudo o marido que levou) então pra descer não tive ajuda alguma, apenas a vontade do meu menino em ajudar com aquilo que ele nem tinha como, o moço da cidade recepção me viu subir e descer inúmeras vezes e não teve a coragem de se oferecer por alguma ajuda naquela momento, somente na hora de transferir as bagagens da recepção para a calçada da frente para pegar um Uber foi que ele se mexeu, mas ali era fácil, né! Então, dependendo de suas necessidades compensa ou não ficar neste hotel....
