Ibis Budget curitiba does not covers its propose at all, consolidating a good price with service. I'll never recomend this hotel to anyone... After a endless week i cant take anymore and transfered my reservation to hotel across the street, I regred that i haven't done this earlier...
Rooms: Bathroom is the smallest that i've seen, the door does not close when you are using the toilet, the door hit your knees.
Bed: The bed is noisy you are not able to turn without listening the springs cranking
walls: the walls is done as "drywall" you can listen everything from the other people in other rooms, and the bathroom as well causing a serious inconvenience either in room or in the bathroom
Breakfast: Very bad, you have to pay for something like that...
Internet: the internet is the worst that i've seen, you can't be connected for more than 10 minutes without being disconected, and the speed was so slow that you can download emails.
Price: the price is not the best in the region, my hope is once "ibis" is a solid company, my expectation is to pay more but have a good service, which didn't happen in any scenario. Across the street has a hotel called Nacional Inn, with a HUGE room (3 times bigger than Ibis) with minifrigdje, a coach, table, air conditioning, hair dryer, pool, gym.
Attendance: I was attended by a guy his name was Martinho, cleary not from Brazil and barelly spoke portuguese, and the worst part is that his attendance was the less lazy and worst from other attendands

Read moreDefinitely not worth the price. We basically slept in a bathroom with a bed. Only the toilet was separated, sink and shower were inside the actual room, impossible to use them without waking up the other person.
The walls are thin like paper. At 3am the guest next door had a phone buzzing for a very long time, so we basically didn’t sleep.
The room don’t have a phone, so every time you have to go up and down if you need something from the reception, like Wi-Fi info which wasn’t working.

Read moreRecebi um e-mail da Accor um dia antes da reserva, para que fizesse a reserva on-line, como eram dois quartos, perdi um tempão preenchendo dados de todos ocupantes. E ao final do preenchimento também autorizei o uso do meu cartão de credito do valor das diárias, sendo que no termo gerado ao final do preenchimento; chegando no hotel era apenas pegar a chave de acesso e devolve-las no final da estadia, pois o valor ja estaria bloqueado no cartão. NÃO FOI O QUE OCORREU. Fiquei na recepção 40min. para fazer um novo cadastro, meus convidados também mais 40min para fazer o check-in (que até então ja havia feito on-line). Ai a surpresa, que eu deveria fazer o pagamento no guiche do hotel, achei estranho, pois estava com o valor das diárias bloqueados em meu cartão e o funcionário me cobrando. Depois de 10 min. dele verificando, retornou e disse que não existia isso o valor estava em aberto e que deveria pagar no balcão. Só não fui embora, pois estava com mais 6 pessoas que já estavam incomodadas com a situação. No preenchimento on-line havia a informação que eu preenchendo todos aqueles itens, seria uma chegada e partida mais rápida e poderia desfrutar de mais tempo, pois bem; chegando ao quarto a cama infantil (beliche) não dispunha de roupa de cama, no corredor do 11°Andar tinha um telefone que liguei na recepção e fui informado que "Eu, hospede" deveria descer ate a recepção e retirar um pacote com o kit para montagem do leito, ora, ora ibis, eu sou o camareiro?? Onde fica a informação de que preenchendo o check-in on-line a minha estadia já estaria preparada a minha espera. O banheiro é extremamente apertado, não sendo possível ficar com a porta fechada, pois ela fica encostada na cabeça (desagradável), sendo que se tal informação fosse clara no momento da oferta do quarto, jamais reservaria, coloque uma foto do banheiro na pagina do hotel.
