I only have one thing to say: DO NOT STAY AT THIS POUSADA! Short summary: Did not get any breakfast, bad service, they did not find our reservation, cockroch in my bed! Really rude answer to my e-mail! Had to pay more than in the reservation!||||I sent an e-mail to the guy I made the reservation with, to let him know who I feel about the way we were treated. Her is my e-mail to him and his answer:||From me to him:||Hi,||I would like you to know that the way we were treated when we stayed at||your hostel was were unplesant and not acceptable!||We do not speak pourtugees, so that is why I mad the reservation before we||arrived.||When we came to the hostel, the women who worked there could not||communicate with us!||She could not find the reservation we made! And since we arrived 02:00 we||had no other choice other than to pay the R$70 she requested for 1 night.||This was verry frustrating, since we are traveling on a really tight buget!||In my reservation you said that we would pay R$45 for 1 night!||||It was also verry unplesant waking up with a cockroch on my bed!||And did not get any breakfast before we had to leave to go pick up our||rental car.||Did not feel welcome at all!||||I am going to be in Natal the 19.november. I can stop by the hostel, if you||want to make this right, and give me my money back?||||Regards,||Marianne||||||This is the answer I got:||Thank you for your pleasant mail,it is fun for me to bring you back to||reality of matters.1)You checked in under another name as you you did on||your reservation with myself(PEDERSON).YOUR ID AT CHECK-IN WAS MYRE,VERY||DIFFERENT NAMES.2)You were offered the 45.00rs room,but you choose the||70.00rs room with EN-SUITE BATHROOM,KNOWING THAT THE CHEAPER VERSION FOR||OUR STUDENTS AND BACKPACKERS HAS SO CALLED SHARED BATHROOMS.I did explain||this to you in my first mail.So you did not choose the cheaper version for||45.00rs,but the expansive version costing 70.00rs with the En-suite||bathroom.Even 70.00rs is the cheapest in ponta negra.3)You were offered||twice to have breakfast,but you choose again to wait quite some time at the||door without accepting breakfast.4)Unfortunately you made contact WITH some||kind of GEKKO OR CHAMALEON which got in, through the bathroom roof||window,which understandebly could cause some kind of trauma for western||europeans not used to them.I was informed that our employee took it away||immediately and survived it.IT WAS NOT A COCKROCH AS YOU BELIEVE.5)You did||receive the room you paid for, and therefore there is no refund possible.I||hope you enjoyed Brazil and we wish you a good return to Europe with best||regards Ralf P.S. I believe it is normal that in North-east Brazil the||population does not speak english,and a low budget hostel can not afford||more qualified employees from universities or higher educational level.||||My reply to this:||1) We gave our passports when we arrived! It is not my fault that she used my MIDDLE name to find the reservation! In my passport you can clarely see that my LASTNAME is PEDERSEN!!! ||2) We had to pay R$70 before she even showed us the rooms! And the room she showed us where one with bunck-beds or the one with double bed that we choosed! We were prommised doubble, so that is why we chosed that room!!||3) She NEVER offered us breakfast! She offered us only coffe! And ordered us a taxi as fast as she could! So did not feel welcome at all!||4) I know what a COCKROCH is! And it was in my room, on my bed! We did not tell your employee about it! Because it was impossible to communicate with her! So the story you are telling is not...

Então quando fizemos a reserva responsavel foi até bem gentil dizendo que iria reservar a melhor suite . Se aquela era a melhor não quero ver o pior.||Se você for ficar apenas um final de semana ok , porém eu e meu amigo ficamos 11 dias e foi a pior experiencia em termos de pousada que eu ja tive . Ficamos no quarto numero 1 , é péssimo , super barulhento ( não sei oque é pior os hospedes que não tem educação e fazem muito barulho falam alto e saem batendo em tudo ou se são os funcionários que não fazem nada para diminuir a falta de noção dos outros) nenhum quarto tem armario ou seja vai passar trabalho para arrumar as duas coisas pois o problema de falta de estrutura é muito complicado . As cama são velhas e barulhentas se alguem tiver o habito de se mexer enquanto dorme o outro não vai conseguir dormir também. A falta de limpeza do quarto foi oque mais me deixou preocupada fiquei até com medo de pegar uma doença de tanto inseto que tinha na cama fora que acho que esse quarto nunca viu um aspirador na vida e tanta poeira e teia de aranha que tinha nos cantos do quarto. Ok mas vamos ser justos a pousada tem suas qualidades a localização é otima não precisa pegar uber pra nada . Super proximo de supermercado , farmacia , bares , restaurantes e a praia . O café da manhã também é bom simples mas tem bastante variedade . Aconselho é pegar essa pousada apenas em viagens curtas , pois passou de 4 dias a falta de conforme e estrutura vai...

Lado bom: custo benefício, café da manhã( não muda o café sempre mesmas opções) limpeza, tv a cabo. Lado ruim: RECEPCIONISTAS: todos os recepcionistas são gringos e um deles um argentino não sabe ou não gosta do público gay. Ficava me olhando e rindo. Provável infantilidade e mal profissionalismo mas ele está ali pra servir. É uma pena que um hostel tão legal, tem alguém desse tipo principalmente porque outro recepcionista hispânico trabalha lá e é gay, o que pra mim não teve lógica, mas enfim. CONFORTO: se vc reservar quarto duplo ok mas se for solteiro, se prepara com cama de orfanato, super pequena e desconfortável. LOCALIZAÇÃO: muito perto da praia e todos os pontos importantes porém pra chegar que é o problema. rua completamente escura. Só fica movimentada quando a casa de forró abre que é quarta e sábado, fora esses dias rua escura, cheia de mendigos e que da medo chegar, principalmente se vc utilizar ônibus, meu caso. Quando eu falo que a localização é ruim quero dizer pra sair do hotel até a avenida principal o que faz a gente ser vítima de algum meliante já que a rua , como disse, é deserta, escura e cheia...
