Props:||The hotel has friendly staff, felt welcomed at arrival by the friendly porter, most of them understood and spoke Spanish!The hotel rooms were spacious, and updated. It was great that were were various types of outlets. ||I loved it that they were conservative of electricity, by using a system that required the room key to stay in the slot in order for the lights to stay on.||Some employees at the restaurant were very friendly, and cheery.||The sports and leisure team was extremely nice and friendly. They were all very upbeat, and great dancers! Andy was very fun, and very helpful, and very attentive. ||It is very family friendly, the kids get a lot of attention for the leisure staff.||||Small room for improvement: I feel the room could have been more squeaky clean. I am used to having a coffee maker in my room, but it was not there... maybe it is not customary in Brazil.The bathrooms around the resort must get updated, they look like they weren't done by an amateur contractor, i.e. little things; fix and replace all the hinges on the doors, make sure they fit right to cover any other holes!. The Management could let the restaurant staff be themselves more, so they are not too serious. :) The restaurant should always offer their own filtered water. The food was good, there was a lot of selection! The selection of deserts was amazing! There should be a schedule of the activities on more areas like by the pool, beach so more guest can join in! The drinks need to come a lot sooner, than they do... the cocktails should take no more than a few minutes, unless requested otherwise by the guest.||||Tips - Make sure to check out their roof to take some cool shots, don't forget to use the sauna, and take part in the leisure activities. Make sure to ask how sweet the cocktails are, to make sure it is to your liking *it is customary to use condensed milk in them. Always check what's on the separate made upon order grill prior to serving yourself the buffet !! I recommend you get half board, you will go in many activities during the day, so you'll likely miss lunch. No value for the money

I strongly do not recommend even in the west case cenário. Check in was but once it is done comes all the bad surprises. This hotel is no way a 5 star standards Roons are old Shower out of other and water is law warm Cleaning service has no standards Ameties placed in the bathroom only for one person set up whereas we have been three people. I had to call 5 times and only at 5° time having been rude they attended my needs. Buffet dinner is disgusting and food quality the worst I have ever seeing. Very slow and inefficient service but that is not a problem from waiters once there was two guys to do almost everything thing. NOT VALUE FOR MONEY. Breakfast disgusting as dinner, low standards, crumbled eggs was disgusting looked like vomit and had not taste at all, Juices very artificial and impossible to drink. In an all I could only eat some fruit and try to drink a coffee that for well nowned Brazil standards it was disgusting , even the cheapest bar round the corner would offer such a thing. The only ones to be satisfied are the kids because they only want to play and at least there are some entertainment to them. The team look very well after the kids at least and they come back happy. Personal chose people to whom they are going to speak or offer something and not for my surprise like in the co-partner Pontal Mar Hotel, they only talk to white people. That is a really disgusting behavior in my opinion, principally because I have experienced real 5 star superior hotel and have never felt welcomed in any of those places. Estive no hotel na última semana de outubro/2021. Cheguei no hotel por volta de 00h, na recepção havia apenas um funcionário para preenchimento de formulários, questões principalmente para controle sanitário. O hotel conta com escadas e elevador. O quarto em que fiquei hospedada ficava de frente para o mar, e a construção do hotel pela geografia do lugar era ao contrário (fiquei no andar de cima da recepção, para ir para a praia tinha que descer de elevador até outro andar e ir andando). Bom, achei as camas, edredons e travesseiros muito confortáveis para dormir. O ar-condicionado era bem ruidoso, porém, funcionava legal por ser antigo. A televisão do quarto era pequena e com vários canais da TV à cabo. Além disso, o quarto em si contava com um espelho de corpo, abajures, móvel com prateleiras (tipo um aparador), mesa com duas cadeiras, frigobar, armário para dependurar roupas e cofre. Bom, o cofre do meu quarto deu problema várias vezes, ou simplesmente não fechava ou trancava e a a senha não funcionava, o cofre parecia ser antigo e tive que chamar o técnico para resolver os problemas. O banheiro tem um espaço ok, um espelho de tamanho ok e um espelho de aumento, além de um secador e tomada de 110 e 220 volts. O chuveiro era enferrujado mas não interferiu em nada, a temperagem que era mais dificultosa comparado à outros hotéis. No banheiro havia toalhas de banho e de mão limpinhas, trocadas diariamente e alguns itens de higiene. O único problema do banheiro é que dá para ouvir o quarto ao lado e quem passa no corredor, vice-versa. A sacada dava para uma visão do restante do hotel, para o mar e Morro do Careca. O que observei é que o hotel "prezou" a estética da fachada e não se preocupou para com a segurança do usuário. O guarda-corpo apesar de ser na vertical e ter uma altura ok, porém, com um degrau que induz o usuário a subir e a irregularidade da "madeira" dava para passar uma criança entre os espaços. A porta que dava acesso à sacada também tinha um problema com a trava de segurança, se uma criança mais velha estiver hospedada no quarto, facilmente ela conseguirá ter acesso à sacada, a trava não funcionava. E outros aspectos do quarto era o cheiro forte de mofo, decoração e mobília antigas. As piscinas são muito boas, piscinas infantis, piscina com bar e todas em profundidades diferentes (eles tiveram o cuidado de deixar por escrito nos azulejos as profundidades). A brinquedoteca é em conjunto com a sinuca, os brinquedos estão inteiros mas falta opção e supervisão adequada. O hotel também conta com uma academia com aparelhos ok. O café da manhã era bem variado, porém, repetitivo. Servem tapioca e omelete feitos na hora. O cardápio é bem variado e o espaço para se sentar, conta com mesas internas e externas. O acesso à praia é de bom acesso, porém, tem alguns degraus apesar de rampas em algumas partes. O hotel disponibiliza toalhas para usar nas piscinas e guarda-sol para usar na praia. No mais, o mar nesta região é bem agitado. Depois das 14h a praia fica na sombra. O hotel conta com garagem (não sei dizer se é pago valor adicional) e tem restaurante. No Hall de entrada tem uma lojinha do hotel, lá tem vários itens, que caso o hóspede não tenha levado na bagagem, tem, como chapéu, biquíni, pente, lâmina de barbear, brinquedos para levar para a praia, isqueiro, cortador de unha, esmalte, lixa para unhas, saída de praia, guloseimas, souvenir, protetor solar, bolsas de praia, roupas, etc. Os preços eram bem acessíveis. O banheiro do hall era limpo e amplo. E as poltronas e sofás do hall também eram bem confortáveis. O uniforme dos funcionários de marinheiro, desnecessário, se eu pudesse sugerir, diria para ser outro tipo de vestimenta, parece desconfortável e constrangedor. Além disso, o corredor que dá acesso aos quartos (piso acima da recepção) possui uma porta obstruindo a passagem, em emergências me pareceu um...
