Quality Hotel & Suites Brasília — Hotel in Região Geográfica Imediata do Distrito Federal

This hotel gave me a big turnoff: upon going to bed, I noticed that the bedlinen had been used and had not been changed for clean sheets: hairs in the bed and big semen stains obviously of a previous guest. I have not uploaded the photos to not put readers in an unpleasant situation. So this is a big unacceptable and we do not need to think further about reviewing, it is a lost case. Will not return. I planned to discuss this with the hotel chain to have the case reviewed by internal quality control but this hotel, part of Atlantic Hotels Brazil does not provide any email or telephone access on its site, it does not provide the required customer complaints our Ouvidoria service, so the conclusion cannot be other than that this hotel does not want to hear about quality issues from its guests. My wife and I stayed 3 nights, arriving by rental car at 1PM and parking in front. An English-speaking receptionist copied our passports, took our payment, then presented our key cards and we took one of the elevators to the 3rd floor. I moved the car to their lower parking lot using a provided “QR TOKEN”. |Room #302 was wood floored, spacious and clean with a fully outfitted bathroom with tile shower, closet with hotpot & minibar, desk and chair, comfortable king across a large TV(ABC News, Bloomberg, Time & USA Today in English) with many Portuguese channels. Good lighting & wifi, 8 outlets and an opening window with courtyard view.|The 6AM breakfast buffet was excellent and nicely serviced: fresh fruit & juices, hot dishes with bacon, scrambled eggs, couscous, ham/turkey/cheeses, many breads & cakes, coffee/hot milk and 2 coffee machines.|We used the 2 lane lap pool and I used the adjacent 10 station gym, accessed in the suites wing with a “QR TOKEN”.|Overall, a large business-like room in a well managed English-speaking hotel...

This hotel, located about a twenty minute drive from the centre of Brasilia, is very comfortable and great value. The bedrooms are of a good size, with a flat-screen TV and well-stocked mini-bar. The bathrooms are well equipped (including a well-functioning shower) and a good selection of toiletries. The room rate included a superb breakfast, which featured many tropical fresh fruits and excellent coffee. The staff were very helpful. The hotel provides a shuttle service to Brasilia Airport in the mornings, but unfortunately not for the evening departing flights.
