It was horrible. First because I arrived tired, looking forward to take a shower and I was informed that the hotel was without water!! Desperate situation. Luckily, the water was coming back and it did not take long to get a shower. The worst about my experience in this hotel was being sent to a DIRTY room !! Yes!! With used and dirty towels on the room: one of them was wet and lying on the chair, and the other one was lying on the floor next to the bathroom. The bed was made, with no pillows, and I was not sure if was dirty too. If the towels had not been thrown there, I might not even have noticed that the room was dirty. An absurdity. I was disgusted, and I just did not go to another hotel because it was late (about 11:00 pm). I was transferred to another room and it was all right (at least I think so ...), however, I do not intend to stay at this same hotel any more, only if I really have no other choice. Bom dia! Me hospedei no IBIS São João em 18/10/2024 (Sexta). Já na noite desse dia, notei que no quarto em frente ao meu, o hóspede ouvia música muito alta e falava/cantava alto. Os quartos do IBIS não possuem telefone. E o telefone do andar não funcionava. Mandei mensagem pros números de WhatsApp do Hotel, mas ninguém respondeu. Tive que descer para reclamar, isso já por volta da MEIA-NOITE. Os atendentes foram gentis e um funcionário esteve batendo na porta do quarto barulhento. Aparentemente, resolveu e não ouvi mais a música e os barulhos, ou dormi de tão exausta. Na noite deste Sábado 19/10/2024, retornei ao Hotel por volta das 22h e, ao chegar no andar do meu quarto, já ouvi o som absurdamente alto e o cara aparentemente conversando em voz altíssima com alguém. Novamente, desci para reclamar. Os atendentes, sempre gentis, me informaram que o cara está ali há 10 dias, fala sozinho e só incomoda - logo pensei: se ele está hospedado há 10 dias e sabiam que era inconveniente, por que me colocaram justamente nesse quarto diante do dele? De forma educada, pedi que resolvessem a situação e sugeri que ME TROCASSEM DE QUARTO. Falaram de expulsar o cara do Hotel. Subi e entrei no meu quarto e, logo depois, o segurança bateu na porta do quarto barulhento. Não adiantou. O cara seguiu com o som alto e falando/gritando sozinho. Esperei por cerca de 1 hora e tudo seguiu na mesma. Novamente, desci e fui reclamar na recepção. Isso tudo já perto da meia-noite. Retornei ao meu quarto e ouvi as batidas na porta do quarto vizinho. Fui tomar banho só desejando que tudo se resolvesse. Antes de ir dormir, notei que não expulsaram o sujeito do quarto, e ele continuava com o barulho, mas já em volume um pouco mais baixo. Exausta, dormi. Hoje, 20/10/2024, levantei às 8h e desci pro café. O cara segue ali, a todo vapor, COM SOM ALTO E GRITANDO. Vou sair pra passear. Resolvi reclamar por aqui na esperança de que resolvam. Quando retornar à noite pro Hotel, espero que o IBIS já tenha expulsado esse sujeito. Se não fizerem isso, que me realoquem pra outro quarto.
