Boutique Hotel ENTRY — Hotel in Bansko

Great hotel! With nice views of the mountains,clean and beautiful rooms!! Dry and wet Saunas and hot bath outside! Gym also available!!!! We had some issues with the shuttle from ski lift to the hotel but polite staff of the hotel fix every thing in a matter of minutes! Also they can provide transfers from Sofia to Bansko and back!!! Yang man at the front desk was specially helpful, don’t remember his name, he make sure we get every thing what we needed!!! Also restaurant Is very good in side of the hotel! There was dog’s fur everywhere in the apartment, on the carpet, on the curtains, even on the bed. If you are with small kids definitely not the right place. There was no manager there to complain about the problem. The receptionist was rude. After my decision not to stay with my one year old son in a place full of dogs fur, they refused to return my money back. Not even an apology… Also the spa zone working time is after 2 pm so you have to wait half of the day to use the zone that you paid for. Definitely not recommend...

Am ales munte pentru aer curat si liniste si am avut parte de fum de tigara si galagie! PRO: -mărimea camerei care este mult mai spatioasa decat la alte hoteluri de 4 stele; imaginea spectaculoasa din camera; camera este prevăzută cu chicineta super dotată in care gasesti de la tacâmuri si farfurii la pahare si tigai si desigur o plita cu inducție! (Acum fie vorba intre noi, la un hotel de 4 stele la ce ai nevoie de chicineta in camera?); parcare exterioara in fata hotelului la care au acces doar clientii pe baza cardului de acces in cameră); semineu in camera, pe bani suplimentari, care bănuiesc, iarna face toti banii! CONTRA: Sunt 2 motive principale pentru care am acordat 1 stea, astfel: desi am cerut camera de nefumatori (si chiar mi s-a dat ce am cerut!) am avut ghinionul sa am vecini o familie care erau cei mai înverșunați fumatori din lume! Nu ar fi fost o problema daca balconul, care este comun celor doua camere, nu ar fi avut paravanul despărțitor confecționat din sipci de lemn montate vertical dispuse intr-un mod total ineficient si inadecvat (vezi foto). Tot fumul de tigara trecea printre sipcile de lemn ajungând la mine in camera. la parterul hotelului in zona din spate este amenajata o terasa a restaurantului, unde un grup de 2 barbati si o femeie au stat afara, la o masa, la o bere si o cafea pana tarziu in noapte. Problema a fost ca vorbeau foarte tare iar faptul ca era seara iar linistea din jur amplifica intens zgomotul provocat de acestia!
