TERRIBLE HOTEL! Avoid it by all means! This is literally the most disgusting apartment we have ever stayed in, and I am even angrier as they say they are a 3 star hotel, and they welcome families with small children in these filthy rooms. They are scammers all the way. We have booked one apartment directly with the hotel, after seeing the pictures on the website, to join our friends that were staying there as well. The apartment bathroom in the pictures on the website was a nice, clean one, with a shower cabin, as for the family rooms on the website. We knew the apartments were in a separate building, and not in the main building, yet we did not suspect anything wrong, especially as the price is for a 3 star hotel as they advertise themselves. Nevertheless, the bathroom in the apartment we had received was horrible, you literally have a shower on the floor, near the toilet, with a filthy shower curtain, but the worst part is it literally smelled like FECES inside the bathroom. You could not stay in the bathroom for 2 minutes, and we were travelling with our small children, it was just disgusting. We asked for a different room right that night and the receptionist said the manager would come the next day and we have to discuss directly with her. The carpet in the apartment was filthy, it had hair and even bread crumbs in it, and we were just horrified by the conditions of this “3” star hotel. There was a housemaid that was coming every day and tidy our things, but did not used once the vacuum cleaner for the carpet or floor nor cleaned the bathroom floor, sink etc. The apartments are indeed in a separate building, right near the hotel, where apparently, everybody is smoking inside if they wish; we were literally waking up in the morning with our pajamas smelling like cigarettes, though we are not smokers. Smoke was all around the halls in the block of flats, getting in the apartments under the apartment doors. The pool is in the main building and is about 16 square meters, not enough for 4 families, let alone for all the guests, we had no space in it. There are not enough sunbeds at the pool for all the guests; I had to wait for my daughter standing in my bathing suit, near the pool, until she came out. The changing rooms are also small, about 15 lockers, with a small bench that would fit 3 persons max, one poor hair dryer. I was thrown back to the 80s. Breakfast was the same every day, enough variation and taste, yet not exquisite. Some dishes were odd to taste. At 10:00am sharp they were starting to take the food back to the kitchen, unplug the coffee machines, etc., even if some guests were still serving breakfast. The hotel and apartment buildings are also very far from the city center, you have to walk about 2.5 km to it in a neighborhood in construction. We left one night earlier than our 4-night stay, expressing our disappointment with the manager, who offered instead one night in the hotel. I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The entire hotel and apartments reeked of cigarette smoke, making it unbearable. The bathroom was in shocking condition, with a hole in the wall next to the tap and a poorly placed shower drain that flooded the entire room after one person showered. There wasn’t even a squeegee to deal with the mess.|The food was lukewarm with very limited options. We paid extra for an apartment that turned out to be on the 4th floor with no lift, requiring us to navigate broken stone steps with poor lighting. The pool was filthy, with hair and dirt left in every bottom corner. Towels and bedsheets were stained and smelled unpleasant, likely from being left for hours in the smelly hallway.|The hairdryer overheated and shut off after just 2 minutes... The walls were peeling, rust was visible everywhere, and parts of the hotel seemed to be falling apart. The sauna floor was unsafe with rusty nails and loose wood, and the steam room smelled like mold.|Basic amenities were missing – no hairdryer, kettle, and slippers and bathrobes were considered extras that you had to pay for.|The room's electrical setup was inconvenient. There was only one socket in the bedroom, hidden behind furniture, and two in the living room, making it impossible to charge a phone overnight as we had a child sleeping on the sofa bed (not wanting to wake her up too early).|The staff was unhelpful and unfriendly, making check-in a nightmare as they demanded a voucher we didn’t have. There was no welcome or farewell, and staff barely acknowledged us. Customer service was non-existent.|To top it off, the WiFi didn’t work, and the TV remote could only turn the TV on and off, requiring the use of buttons on the frame for everything else. |The music playing throughout the hotel was obnoxiously loud and unpleasant, from breakfast until dinner.|Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.
