Ski Lift Hotel by Andre wellness and recreation — Hotel in Bansko

We are absolutely disappointed with our experience at Ski Lift Hotel By Andre. After booking and confirming our stay well in advance, we arrived to find that our reservation had been cancelled without any prior notice. To make matters worse, our rooms had been reallocated to other guests.||The staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful when we tried to resolve the issue, offering no explanation or apology for the inconvenience caused. When our travel agency reached out to help sort out the booking, the hotel staff hung up without any explanation.||On top of all this, we learned that they have cancelled all contracts with Expedia and Hotels.com, despite still being available to book on Google. When we asked for clarification, the staff stated they only deal with Booking.com, leaving us frustrated and stranded.||This level of service is completely unacceptable, and the lack of transparency and communication is appalling. Our trip was ruined, and we will definitely not be returning. We cannot recommend this...
