Okay so i have never been to Elenite or Bulgaria in fact so this was all new to me. I went with my family and girlfriend for a 12 night stay in one of the apartments. We had trouble finding the complex but it was only round the corner. Elenite is around 40 mins from the airport but since there was major traffic, the taxi driver insisted going backroad, which took an hour. My advice is you look at were it is on google maps to make sure you know were the complex is. The complex is actually really nice with easy lift access, a good sized pool with kids pool and slide as well. As well as this, the beach is literaly right in front of you and the water is nice as well. I would also recommend the little diner just near the pool, i had a huge plate of fresh mussels for 9.90 lev (around 4 pounds) which was a steal. However avoid english breakfast, a costly 18 lev for god knows what reason. There are mixed nationalities in the complex, mostly russians but a few english bulgarian and german. This is were my first problem arose. I was casually playing ball in the pool with my brother and all of a sudden a huge man presumably bulgarian started shouting in a different language at me and doing all sort of hand gesticulations. Making it really uncomfortable and he seemed to know a lot of people in the complex so it was not nice. Then a woman strutting around the pool reading a book was scared we would hit her with the ball (the pool is of considerable size and we were on one side) oh (also these people tried to talk to us in russian or whatever language they assumed we spoke) and told us to get lost. nice one. ||||The sunbeds were also an issue as we had placed them at an empty spot near the beach because each apartment has their own private sunbeds and they are placed in a specific spot and are not moved. After only one day we were confronted by an man shouting in whatever language and then he saw we were english and said "you cant have your sunbeds here we are here" yet there was a completely empty spot. My mum had the full front of this and when we explained they quickly backed off. It turned out he was staying with the other man that had shouted down at us at the pool before. ||||aside from that it was a good stay, weather was good apart from first 4 days were it was thunder storming which was pretty cool to witness. Here are some advice tips for you to do if you are staying here:||-Taxis will charge you more from elenite to sunnybeach or nessebar, if you want to go travelling to other places and you can, get a rent a car GO TO THE OFFICE we got ripped off by one on a corner near robinsons bistro.||-Watersports down the beach are a must, the best i have ever been on and reaaly cheap and friendly people.||- AVOID ROYAL COMPLEX AT ALL COSTS waterpark is sub par and the staff around there didnt consider us all inclusive even though we paid for a day to do so and even then food was disgusting and ignorant people everywhere||- Go to the small mini market, it is cheaper for most things, they ripped me off on a watermeleon though.||-If you have a car and car park is full, park just above the car park there are extra spaces||-Final tip if you have a rental car, ask if you can leave it at the airport, we left it in a bay at the airport and saved a lot of money on airport transfers||||I hope this review helped you in your decision, Elenite is quite far out from most of the main places and need transport to get their, limited resteraunts and limited things to do, although a nice place...

Due the Covid situation, we were announced that the Nessebar Beach will not be open for the 2020 summer season, and we were redirected with the booking at Burgas Beach hotel at the same price and receiving the same package.||We booked a Double Room with sea view and received a Double Room park view. When we talked at the reception desk, they told us that the Nessebar Beach hotel does not actually has a sea view, as the view is blocked by a sand dune and we have to be glad that we received an upgrade from a 3 star to a 4 star hotel.||||Here is a short list of "all the good" things this "4 star" hotel offers:||• 4 elevators badly sincronized for 19 floors (1st floor is actually the reception and lobby and the 2nd floor is the restaurant and bar). Waiting time during meal hours can go up to 30 min when you want to go from 1st floor to your room. The guest are pressing all the buttons - up and down - regardless of where they really want to go and when you tell the staff about this they do nothig. Some elevators have issues and out of a sudden, some floor buttons go red as if you pressed them.||• Room cleaning - The bed was clean and we had clean towels. The furniture had dust on it. The towels were changed every day, but the bed sheets and pillow covers were never changed during our stay ( 5 nights ). The dust was growing while the days passed by, as no one was cleaning the furniture. We had to clean the dust from the furniture pices we wanted to use.||• Bad bathroom ventilation, or to be more correctly, no ventilation in the bathroom. There was a ventilator mounted on the ceiling but just for design i guess.||• 3 bars - one in lobby, which was closed, one on 2nd floor and one at the pool. The 2nd floor bar was open from 15:00 to 23:00, while the pool bar was from 10:00 to 17:00. This means that if you want something to drink before 15:00 you were forced to walk to the bar pool, even if you wanted just to stay in the lobby to enjoy the drink.||• Snack bar - between 11:00 till 15:00. This was the first time an All inclusive package a Bulgarian hotel had only 1 snack bar timeframe and it was overlapping with the lunch ( 12:00 to 14:00 ). They only serve sandwiches and hotdogs. The offered icecream from 11:00 to 17:00, but after 2 hours, the icecream was...
