Kaya Apartments — Hotel in Nesebar

absolutely horrendous staff, extremely racist, after we checked in, we had to wait for a while, we were a bigger group so we rented out two apartments, the lady who was supposed to lead us to our apartments told us to come with her and then when we got to the door of the hallway she slammed the door and told us to wait and then went of screaming to the secretary in bulgarian whilst gesticulating toward us…..anyway, afterwards we waited for another half an hour or so, and when we finally got to our apartments, there were ants everywhere, and when we called the lady up to see, she told us that we brought them from our clothes 🤯, she was telling us that, she dosent know from what wilderness we came from and some extremely ugly and racist stuff, another thing was that the room we got which was apparently for families with young children, the walls were full of paintings of nudity, beside the ants, (and i don’t know if i stressed this enough before, it was fulllllll of them, literally everywhere, in the shower in the beds, etc) we found the apartment in a pretty bad state hygiene wise, the shower was quite mouldy, when we left we left it like way cleaner than we found it we did some deep cleaning there as if it was our own home, and i am still under shock at how racist they were being to us, i do not...

Perfect spot on Sunny Beach

There's constant and loud music from the street from early morning till midnight. There's Aircon so you can close the doors and windows and you can sleep, but between 2:30 to 5:00 am very drunk and very loud British folk comes to eat at the fast food joint right in front of the apt. Earplugs can be bought at the pharmacy in the building, but still annoying.

The apartman was as described, the photos were from the exact apartman. The staff is very friendly and the service is prompt. We had a minor problem with the shower door, told the staff, went out for an hour. When we returned, the door was fixed. The location is fantastic, on Flower street, right in the middle of all the action. The apt is spacious, two toilets, two aircons, two balconies, a micro, a fridge, a washing machine. There are food joints, shops, pharmacy, supermarkets right in the building, so all your needs are covered and the beach is right across the street with fantastic seaview from the balconies. wholeheartedly recommend this place...

Overall, a well placed hotel in the middle of the 'club land' with lots of bars and restaurants, food outlets, markets style booths and shops. Very clean and tidy which is always a good thing. the receptionist was helpful, and allowed us to stay in our rooms for an additional 4 hours until we left for our flight, that was so nice of them. Not suited for family's due to the music being played until 6am, not that i didn't sleep. Our department was amazing, it had two WC's and a shower room, and even a washing machine!!! TV was CRT not LCD/LED. Channels were poor. Overall...
