Хотел "Централ" — Hotel in Ruse

|This is a lovely hotel by Ruse city center.|We had the family apartment in the attic and loved how cozy and spacious was for our stay.|3 adults +1 baby|Room was already arranged and set for sleep, baby cot set . Temperature was just right and we didn't need to use the air conditioning. |Had plenty of space for arranging a play area for the baby during day time. |Elevator goes only to 3rd floor, but this is not a problem if going up for 1 set of stairs. The last floor are only 2 apartments, so it is really quiet all the time. ||There is no restaurant in the hotel,  but you will find one for dinner just the next entry to the building and they do dinner.|For breakfast and lunch there is a great coffee shop just across the hotel.|Over the other side of the street there is a supermarket and you can find some snacks if need it. ||Plenty public parking in the area if arriving by car. ||We set this to favorites and will get back for...

I have never experienced such rudeness and indifference from staff in a hotel. Been travelling for 30 years. Last month I have stayed in 15 hotels in Bulgaria during my tour. This has been the worst experience. Entering the hotel, the receptionist gives a ‘why are you disturbing me’ kind of look. I asked a few too many questions, for example ‘where can I leave my bicycle’ (which I normally take into my room) and basically for anything I asked the answer was ‘not possible’. Eventually he said that maybe I should look for another hotel. Which I did and found a wonderful place around the corner. I’m not fussy, just wanted a place to put my head down.
