Hotel Jeweller — Hotel in Ruse

I have been staying in the English Guest house equally as much as in Jeweller Hotel and I love staying in both of them as much as I loved being part of their team and spreading the positive experience and knowledge I have obtained there in order to be able to provide the service that I wish was at the heart of every place i have visited so far.

I enjoyed working in Jeweller and staying there, as it has met me with some of the best people I know and a lot of people from the United Kingdom(where I currently live) and they shared a lot of good tips. The people that stay there are what makes it also such a special and vibrant place. It also can't go without saying that the majestic views over the Danube and the modern works of the rooms makes it a top location for your stay in Ruse as well as it is for me.

The management is great and I love the family that runs it. They are all a great team and are doing such a good job maintaining that customer satisfaction at its highest.

The state of the room was below average - old furniture, carpet, bed - somewhat hmm, a bit filthyin the corners and gives the impression of shear carelesness and hmm... however, beds and bathroom were clean and the location and price taken into consideration, we could live with the cosmetic look and few annoyances. There is no private parking, however, a lot of free parking spaces on the public street. Doors to the room can be broken in with a simple huff and puff, so do not leave any high-value belongings unattended.||||Great Staff ! The receptionist gave us his personal Wireless USB when the Wi-Fi in the room did not work. There is 24-hour service in the reception who would be more than happy to help out with some advise, a chunk of ice for the cold drinks (as the fridge on the room takes ages to cool). Great hotel and location near the river. Vaselka the owner, her family and staff were great,?really helpful. The area of the hotel has some restaurants nearby that had a good selection of meals. The main centre is within walking distance, and has numerous shops, restaurants and coffee shops. It is the first time we have stayed in this hotel and area of Ruse and really enjoyed the hotel and the area. |We are regular visitors to Bulgaria as we also own houses there and would definitely stay...
