Представете си хотел 🏨 с хубаво кафе. Не хора това не е мечта ,а съществува в град Русе. Освен кафето атмосферата и дизайна на обзавеждането е някак различно, не мога да го оприлича с нищо познато. Леко романтично,свежо и светло, цветно,но не кичозно и доста уютно. Допускат и домашни животни, но си имат изисквания за тях (което е напълно нормално ) и е добре първо да им се обадите. Домакините ни ,за чийто имена не попитах и го отчитам като моя грешка, бяха много мили и сърдечни, почти съм сигурна,че уюта идваше от самите тях и тяхното отношение. Храната беше много вкусна и различна. Хапвахме заешко, суджуци и топено сирене и кашкавал , свински дроб и дори шаран и нямаше нещо което да не бе много вкусно. Закуската също смятам,че би могло да им е конкурентно предимство пред други хотели (като кафето). Няма блок маси и редене и чакане да се докопаш до яйцата и бекона. Хората са го измислили. Сядаш има 4-5 варианта на закуска избираш си и ти го сервират. Блажено. На всичкото това отгоре там са отсядали купища известни актьори, само като се замисля ,че леглото на което спах може да е спал Асен Блатечки 🤩, само че по различно време 😁😉. Но не се учудвам ,че известните ни личности са отсядали там, на една пресечка разстояние от всичко хубаво и красиво в града е. За да не помислите ,че са ми платили да ги хваля ,ще допълня,че си нямат паркинг,но пък има възможност да се спре за разтоварване от пред и домакините ще ви насочат към обществен паркинг на около 100м. И не могат да се похвалят със спираща дъха гледка, но пък компенсират с всичко онова което изброих по горе. И когато и да отида пак в Русе няма и да се замисля да отседна някъде другаде.

I would rather leave my comment here in English, because most if the guests were from Romania. We stayed at this hotel for one night, we paid 145 leva for a family accommodation in an apartment with breakfast included in the price. I will start with the hotel itself, it does not have an own parking, as well as a reception, the accomodation happens at the bar of the restaurant, which has lack of space and can be easily crowded. What I don't like is that there were constantly a small dog, each and every person have own preferences, talking about animals. As soon as we waited for the accomodation, we were asked to pay immediately for the service or in my opinion to pay for something we haven't seen... They gave us one access card for 4 people or 2 adults. May be the best part was the size of the apartment, but for one night, I would rather "stay" in a real hotel. Dunav plaza offered me a price 20 leva more expensive. I'm proceeding with the breakfast, which was not bad at all, but still, a little thought was missing... There is no buffet, but at the same time they cannot cover the volume of people in a reasonable deadline, not even talking that there are 4 options, which would have been much better if they had at least breakfast menu, that would have saved time. I would rather prefer a real hotel, not one who's owners are "playing as hotels owners". Now, I appreciate all the other hotels in Ruse where we were guests, and somehow they are a little small for us now.

Положителни страни: -> Страхотно местоположение – в близост до центъра и градината. Негативни страни: -> Няма асансьор и ако си с бебешка количка, трябва да я мъкнеш 2-3 етажа. -> Толкова е тясно, че не може да се влезе с бебешка количка, защото вратата се отваря до половината и то навътре. -> Стаята беше толкова малка, че след като сложиха бебешкото креватче, вече нямаше откъде да се минава. -> За да се изкъпеш удобно, е най-добре да си седнал на тоалетната чиния. -> Беше супер прашно и мръсно в стаите. -> Има климатик, но дистанционното е скрито, защото климатикът можел да се ползва САМО ЛЯТОТО. -> Уж за закуска имаш избор от комплект – тост със шунка и мекици, но мекиците винаги са свършили (това е просто пържено тесто). -> Бяхме поръчали кошара и, без да знаем, дойдоха и отмъкнаха завивката на детето, която беше вместо матрак. Дори не си направиха труда да я заменят с друга. -> Съседната стая беше на същата цена, но поне в банята имаше мръсна душ кабина и почти двойно повече пространство в стаята. -> Снимките на хотела, качени в Booking, нямат нищо общо с реалността.

Made booking over the phone, been allocated on 4th floor even mentioned we are with 18 months little one and the place doesn't have lift! However we presume place is fully booked (didn't look like)! After late arrival first night 11pm we realised there is no heating on and no remote for air con! Rang the manager/owner and he wasn't really helpful sounded like is on rush to hang up! Was no assistance so had to stay in cold room on mid November with little baby! He got cold on the morning so had to go to a pediatric! Second night we been given the remote for air con which barely managed to warm the room up! Room has a nice useless kitchen as there is no cutlery and dished. Mini fridge is off and has a brand new non working oven! It is a shame place like that has been left very unwell maintenanced!!! Not the cleanest place as well! Don't really recommend it if there is...

It didn't worth like half the money we paid. This is not a real hotel, this is a family place with no reception after 22:00, very crowded at breakfast, which is by menu, but noone gives you such and you don't know what you can order and for what you can be charged additionally. Noisy, because of the other guests, lack of parking, leftovers garbage hopefully from the previouse visitors... I have no words really, wouldn't repeat again, strongly don't recommend. The owners are trying hard somehow, but still there are so small missing stuff, that I don't want to put a focuses on them...|Photos are made in apartment Paris, not working small lamps near the bed, not possible to lock inside the main door of the apartment, not possible to open the balcony doors just a little bit... Very...

This is a family hotel both in name and nature. Guests are well looked after in a variety of well appointed themed rooms. Bathrooms are well appointed with good size showers. Flat screen TV and free Wi-fi accessible all over the hotel. A cosy restaurant and garden lounge add to the ambience. Note that the bar closes at 23:00 so there is nothing to disturb your sleep. The chef delivers an excellent menu, though the hotel is not licenced to supply fish??? I booked for a week and stayed an extra 9 days! Ruse has a lot to offer, bother the centre and the park are in close proximity...
