We truly loved our stay in the Rechen rai (River paradise) hotel. It is situated in a beautiful valley, near a small creek, surrounded by trees and in the bottom of the sand "pyramids". The apartment, which we stayed in, was cozy, spacious and beatufully designed. The food in the restaurant was fresh and well prepared, the breakfast was delicious and there was a variety of dishes every morning. The manager was a real professional- being a group of friends we had many requirements, which were all taken care of; our holiday ran smoothly and we were able to enjoy it so much. In fact all the staff was friendly and helpful. The whole atmosphere in the place is peaceful and quiet. I do recommend the hotel as a great location for holiday, being close to Melnik and providing privacy at the same time, naturally surrounded by the beauty of nature. Great views of few Melnik pyramids and on the way to Rozhen monastery if you're into it.|The highlight was probably the staff, which was extremely professional, nice and welcoming. Maybe it means I'll have...
Read moreAbsolutely newly built hotel, situated by the river. You can enjoy the silence and songs of birds - a real place to stay in for a full relax. With a lovely view, just a couple of minutes away from the town of Melnik.|Rooms are clean and newly refurbished. WiFi connection is pretty good. |The personnel is extremely polite and I was impressed. They advised us with places and wineries to visit. |The food was delicious. Absolutely recommend their restaurant - we've tried Haidushki steak (marvelous) and Banana's temptation dessert. The breakfast is from a menu cart but deserves applauses, it was very rich and more than enough.|Besides Melnik, you can also visit The Goshen Monastery, Petrich and Rupite.|We'll be definately...
