Anelim is a pleasant guest house, situated close to the city center and the best restaurants.||We had a twin room (new/renovated) with a private bathroom, situated at ground floor, no balcony. The room was not very spacious, but convenient for our needs. It was clean, the bedding were also clean. ||The room is equipped with a wardrobe, a footstool, flat TV and a/c. There is no mini-fridge, but this aspect didn't bother, we didn't need one. Bathroom is small and the shower is not separate (but it is the aspect which liked us pretty much). However, there would be useful some hangers in the bathroom/room. ||The only thing is that the house doesn't have a good soundproofing, but we had quiet neighbors. Probably the rooms facing the street are noisier, although there is not too much traffic during the night. We slept very well, despite the soft bed. ||There is parking in front of the house, free during the weekend. We could park inside the yard.||Wi-fi connection is very good. ||Overall, I think it's a very good value for money and I recomend the guest house for...

This simple establishment was very close to the bus station on the main road and not far from the centre of town (it is a small town).||Our room was not facing the street and hence was relatively quiet.
