We booked a room with balcony over Agoda. The person at the reception did not speak English, so she just gave us a dark room in the back with no balcony and the room itself was very dirty and old, not at all like in the photos.

We tried to explain the situation and that we got a wrong room. She then showed us another one with balcony. The walls in the rooms are all dirty and also the bathroom was not cleaned very well.
