La Luna Skybar Sihanoukville — Restaurant in Khaet Preah Sihanouk

Very bad experience. We visited this sky bar to celebrate new year, paid for two people 130 usd deposit. We arrived at about 0:30 and ordered bottle of alcohol for 60 usd (which in shop cost 15 usd) and 2 fanta for about 5 usd. It took 1 hour and 20 minutes until this drinks arrived at out table, even we asked many times. Luckely we not ordered food, because we already eat at home. But I saw that another visitor complained that wrong food arrived. Bar close at 3am (a little too early for new year, but ok) and we had to go home. I asked for bill. But staff told that everything ok, not need to pay. However I told that I still need the bill to see the expenses and deposit which we paid. But they refuse to provide it (this is very bad, bacause without bill is not possible to declare expenses in company accounting). Then I told that we ordered only this few drinks and want to get some another bottle of alcohol only in order to use all our deposit which we paid. However the staff refused to provide it, the explanation was that bar already closed. No bill, not possible to use all our deposit balance. For me...

Dari sekian tempat yg udah pernah ane review di daerah Sihanoukville, ini adalah satu dr sedikit tpt yg ane kasih ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐... Ane dtg ke sini ber-4 bareng tmn2 ane di hr Jumat malem... Sesuai nama restonya, lokasinya berada di rooftop gedung alias di lt 11... Dr depan gedung, qta udah disambut dgn kemeriahan cahaya lampu berwarna warni... Buat kalian yg mau cari taw informasi budget makanannya terlebih dahulu, tersedia buku menu yg diletakkan di bagian depan gedung... Masuk dalam lift juga tersedia informasi lokasi restoran ini berada, sehingga orang yg baru pertama kali dtg ke sini pun bisa langsung mengetahui di lantai berapa restoran ini berada... Sampai di lt 11, qta bs pilih 1 dari 3 area makan yg disediakan di tempat ini : area indoor (yg digabung dgn area bar), area outdoor (yg masih berada di lt 11 gedung dan bersebelahan dgn area indoor), serta area rooftop yg menjadi area favorit utk tpt nongkrong sekaligus foto (naik 1 lantai dr area outdoor)... Penataan pencahayaan lampu serta dekorasi tanaman hijau di setiap area menciptakan ambience yg cozy dan relax, sangat cocok utk melepas penat sehabis beraktifitas... Yang menjadi daya tarik utama dr resto ini adalah infinity view, dimana qta bs melihat kecantikan kota Sihanoukville di malam hari sambil ditemani alunan musik yg sedang hits... Utk menu makanan yg ditawarkan di sini mengkombinasikan menu otentik Asia dan Western food... Utk menu minumannya juga cukup bervariasi, mulai dari aneka jenis shooter🍸, mocktails🍹, beers🍻, tequila🥃, vodka🍾, dan juga wine🍷... Menu yg kami order diantaranya spaghetti🍝 carbonara, fried rice🥘 beef🐮, spaghetti bolognese, dan juga fried rice seafood🦐... Utk harga memang agak pricey, tapi sepadan dgn tastenya yg cukup memanjakan lidah... 👍🏻 Qta jg bs mendapatkan fasilitas free wifi di tpt ini... Servicenya overall memuaskan, baik dr sisi kecepatan menyajikan makanan & minuman, juga dr segi keramahan, kesopanan, dan pelayanan yg diberikan... Restoran ini buka setiap hari mulai jam 5 sore sampai jam 1 pagi... Utk rest area (toilet) juga tersedia di area rooftop... Tersedia area parkir kendaraan (baik mobil maupun motor).... Update per 10 Mar 2024, ane mampir lagi ke sini... Service excellence dan hospitality tetap dipertahankan, semua staff sgt ramah dan sopan.... Ane nyicipin 2 macem pizza🍕 yg tersedia di sini : seafood🦐 pizza dan pepperoni🐮 pizza dan tastenya lumayan enak menurut ane... Terus waktu qta baru duduk liat2 menu, dihidangin popcorn🍿...

I had a great experience at this sky bar!

Food & Drinks: The lamb chops were well-cooked and flavorful, and the red wine paired perfectly. The dessert was simple but tasty and satisfying. I got Lamp Chop + 2 glasses of Red wine + 1 Coke + 1 desert cost around $45

Ambiance: The sunset view is stunning, with a perfect overlook of the sea. It’s a relaxing and memorable setting.

Service: The staff was friendly, and the service was quick and efficient.
