There are big gatherings of dust in the corners of every room and the blankets which are used as quilts are filthy and stained. You are given one small roll of single ply toilet paper and if you want more you need to go down to the reception desk with the finished roll. The manager terrified both guests and her staff (who called her "Madame") with horrible moodswings. He brought back a wheel that he claimed we had broken off from one of the beds. We had definitley not broken this or anything else in a hotel room ever, and the wheel had bits of tape and glue on it meaning it had been broken before which even our taxi-driver pointed out to him. After a long discussion he all of a sudden smiled and said "Okay you can go". It was the worst stay at a hotel that any of us has ever experienced. Do...
