i booked this place for 3 nights with a secret deal from agoda ,they advertised nobody could match the price and facilities of a 5 star resort in sihanoukville,little did i know it turned out to be this place,the only way i could get the secret deal was to accept it without asking its name ( crazy i know) ,anyway i trusted them but big mistake,when they revealed the name of the place and location i nearly freaked,and asked for refund,they refused( i,d paid 72 bucks a night) it was well over 200 bucks total, they told me no refund get lost you got a great deal ,they underestimated me, i found out after the joint can,t get people there, its in a un built area it stinks at times ,they ship you off to another chinese joint of sub standard for breakfast, and theres a board out front flogging off rooms for discount price ,so liuckily i,d payed with paypal, who opened a case for me when agoda refused a refund,they found in my favor a clear case of decaption by agoda and i got afull refund,otherwise i would have lost the lot.agoda has lost me for ever they used deception to try and flog off rooms,when anyone could get better deals anywhere,this is a chinese owned resort, uder managed from what i read and avoid it...
Read moreStayed here for two nights in the low season. The staff were helpful but the quality of the hotel was not very good. For the cost, the value did not meet the standards that are portrayed. Two of us stayed in a twin room which was actually in a separate building next door, which we found out had finished construction a week ago. The rest of the complex is also under construction for expansion. It was easy to tell with the strong construction material smell that stunk out the place and the average finishing quality. The room was full of small flies and we awoke covered in bites. The aircon unit was located above my bed and through the night it would 'spit' drops of water on my face that I had to sleep at the reverse end of the bed. The building was also next to a loud restaurant and sound proofing was not good and kept us up late. There was also a power outage but it would appear that the whole area was affected so that is not the hotel's fault, but more of a reflection of the 'in progress' state of the broader Sihanoukville area. The only upside was an easy walk to Otres beach which had a couple of nice restaurant spots for a sunset, but may be worth staying at a place closer...

What needed to be called as best Hotel? -Amazingly beautiful scene: very beautiful garden and swimming pool -The hotel has direct connection with the river and they have kayaks. With the kayaks you can go to the ocean through the river -Very well made environment which continously well maintained -Professionally cleaned rooms and garden -Good location: walking distance from ocean and restaurants -Professional, very friendly and helpful staff and they speaks very well English -Very good WiFi connection -Professional quality services like laundry service
Additionally the owner of the Hotel a really nice person he is so friendly. Luckily we had a dinner with him and he also invited us to drink a really good wine with him. Thank you Bong :) Next time when I going back to Cambodia I'll definitely don't search for hotels I'll go to this hotel there's no question. The best place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere, and very nice when you wake up and everybody welcome you a honest smiling on the face. It was pleasure...
