SHV HOTEL — Hotel in Khaet Preah Sihanouk

The service was unacceptable. I was arrange my dinner party in my ballroom. The ballroom was huge but Food concern was terrible. This is really not responsible when i have 280 guest to have a dinner party and we deal to have 13 course in the table on 28 October 2023. On the dinner date, we got different dish with the food option that we has been deal before and the worst is they changed WITHOUT INFORM US. We should get our soup was seafood soup and they change into PORK herbal soup which is my Muslim staff can not eat this. I has been talk to the manager but he didn't do anything for us, even there is no apologize letter to the guest from Hotel. Really...

Food : I love the pumpkin soup. I didn't expect that I would love it, but it blew me away. The rest of the food were okay, but the meat of the Beef Loklak is not that tender (for me). Service : All the people there were nice. The host keeps on coming to our table to check if everything is to our liking. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from around about lion , making it very convenient for shopping, dining, and entertainment. The price is not expensive for the city. The front desk staff CHANLY was very friendly and helpful.
