First Visit: Saturday, July 13th During my first visit, I accidentally forgot to return the locker key after using the facilities. While I waited at the reception for approximately 10 minutes to inquire about gym membership fees, I was not reminded about the key.
Second Visit: Sunday, July 21st Upon realizing my mistake, I returned to the gym on July 21st with the intention of subscribing to a membership and swimming. Here is a summary of the events:
Locker Key Incident: I informed the staff (two ladies) about the forgotten key and apologized for the inconvenience. While one staff member was understanding, the other staff member responded in a way that felt overly rude. She suggested that I deposit my vehicle key with her to avoid forgetting the locker key again. Does your gym have a policy that requires customers to leave their vehicle keys?
Customer Service Interaction: Despite my apology and assurance regarding the key's safety, her tone was accusatory and lecturing. She did not acknowledge me upon my return to the keys and seemed dismissive.
Constructive Feedback: After finishing my swim, I offered some constructive feedback, suggesting that a friendly reminder about locker keys for returning customers could avoid similar situations. Unfortunately, she interrupted me while I was speaking, defended herself, and made dismissive comments about my concerns. This interaction occurred around 1:10 pm on July 21st.
Specific Quote: "មកពីចរិកអូនប្រកាន់ពេក" after hearing my feedback. Her final remark was, "ចាំសប្បាយចិត្ត ចាំមក," as I walked out.
I hope this feedback can be used to improve the experience for future guests. I am still interested in subscribing to a membership at your gym, but the recent service interaction has caused me...

Internet does not work at all... they said they'd fix it but it's been 1 week and nothing has been done. We're using our own 4G from our mobiles to work and connect to the Internet. Water heater was sneakily turned off, so on the first day we didn't even have hot water until I figured out that water heating was turned off on the electric board at the entrance...

Anna the hotel manager ensured that our group had a comfortable and enjoyable stay and time in Phnom Penh. We enjoyed using the gym and pool. The breakfast buffet provided lots of options and the hotel was centrally located with many exciting attractions very close by such as Wat Phnom, Central Market, Independence Monument etc. We would definitely come back...
