My recent stay at Angkor Paradise Hotel was overall a pleasant and enjoyable experience. The hotel offers a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere, and I particularly appreciated the spaciousness of the room, which provided ample space to relax and unwind. The standout feature of the hotel, however, was the pool—it was absolutely outstanding. Whether lounging by the water or taking a refreshing dip, the pool area was a highlight of my stay.

Not to forget the happy hour, which was a great way to unwind after a day of exploring, and the drinks and ambiance were delightful. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, offering a wide variety of both local and international dishes. The fresh coffee was a particular highlight, and it was a great way to start each morning.

That said, there are a few areas where the hotel could improve to enhance the guest experience:

Instructions for the Sauna: It would be helpful if the hotel provided clear signage or instructions on how to use the sauna. I found myself unsure of the proper way to operate it, which was a bit frustrating.

Gym Equipment Maintenance: Some of the gym equipment was faulty, and there were no signs indicating which machines were out of order. Adding signs to notify guests about faulty equipment would prevent confusion and potential inconvenience.

Room TV Upgrade: The TV in the room was actually a small 21in computer monitor. I strongly suggest upgrading to a proper TV, as it would significantly improve the in-room entertainment experience.

Overall, my stay at Angkor Paradise Hotel was enjoyable, and I would recommend it to others. With a few thoughtful improvements, it could easily become an even more exceptional destination. Thank you to the staff for their hospitality and for making my stay a...

We recently hosted a conference at the Angkor Paradise Hotel in Siem Reap. We were impressed with the service received from the hotel from start to finish. During the planning stages the communication was excellent, and Rany Lim the Sales manager was very responsive to our requests and able to provide a wealth of information to enable us to make informed decisions although we were organising our event remotely. Rany was also able to connect us with other local suppliers, including a printer, photographer, tour guide and local cultural artists who performed at our welcome reception. Once we arrived at the hotel, we were very happy with the quality of the facilities, the meeting rooms, the guest accommodation and the reception, bar and pool area. During the conference, the support received was excellent. If we had any technical issues Mr Mardy Khol was on hand straight away to assist us and was able to ensure we could proceed without any delays, even when connecting hybrid participants via Zoom to join on the onsite proceedings. Our conference delegates rated the quality of the food and accommodation highly and I would be happy to recommend the hotel for business or leisure purposes. It is well situated for easy access to Siem Reap town and nearby temples at Angkor Wat. Thank you to Rany and the team for their excellent support and hospitality – I hope to visit...

Five stars does not do this place justice. I'd give it a six out of ten if I could. This was my first time visiting Cambodia and my girlfriend and I opted to pay a bit extra for a more comfortable experience. We sure got our money's worth. First of all, immediately upon booking our room through Expedia, the staff sent us an email asking for our flight number so that they could send someone to pick us up from the airport (free of charge). This probably doesn't impress most people, but as we were checking in they served us a free "welcome" drink which was a mixed fruit juice (tropical). It was so refreshing and actually was much needed after driving in the heat from the airport. Another thing I really liked was that they had a well equipped mini fitness center and staff dedicated to maintain the room. Water dispenser and towels are routinely replenished. It's not a full fledged workout center, but it is much better than expected. I saw three treadmills, benching bar, and a lateral pull/leg extension/leg press machine. Oh yeah and free breakfast was included in my reservations. It was also very good because they had an omelette station, a noodle bar, and fresh local tropical fruits.

This hotel is really a paradise and a luxury hotel. This place has an amazing approach and it is near to the Angkor airport also. This place has an amazing welcome and they greet us with a wet napkin with some scent and a soft drink to get some energy or anything like that. This place has free WiFi and many stores in here are available. There is shopping area. There is kravan room There is a spa. There is a wine store There is a conference hall There is a huge swimming pool There is separate place for smoking. This place is visible from the road. This hotel has good rooms and hygiene. There are people who smile all the time when you see them. There is gym There is availability of steam bath. There is a garden at the back and good place for photography. There is washroom everywhere. The lobby has wall clocks of all countries. And it also has an idol of a Buddha welcoming. This place is really very nice and really very expensive. There is a good dining area and a nice pool area and an amazing walk through and well maintained.
