Le Trèfle Angkor Hotel — Hotel in Siem Reap

I was cheated by a hotel which I reserved earlier through a website and hence in a hurry I was searching a hotel and I got this one reserved for me instantly and reached. Upon entering the hotel, the counter staff was taken by surprise when I asked about the reservation but soon they found the instant reservation and made all the arrangements. I told them that I belong to India and am purely vegetarian and hence they specifically arranged the vegetarian food for me in the breakfast. Even if I asked for anything as a help, the front staff was always ready and supporting to extend the necessary help to fulfill my necessities and requirements. Previously it is known as Royal Villa Angkor Hotel now it changes the name to Le Trefle Angkor Hotel. It is an old design hotel that is why the facilities in the hotel is quite old. The staff is friendly but the quality of room and food here is not good. I hope the new owner should pay more attention to renovate the building and provide a good service...

Останавливались тут на 9 дней, сам отель понравился, очень приятный дружелюбный персонал, все старались сделать по нашим просьбам, например принесли в номер чайник чтобы мы могли делать чай или кофе. Расположение довольно удобное, это не самый центр, минут 15-20 пешком до Паб Стрит, хотя ходить пешком по Siem Reap неудобно - хаотическое движение, отсутствие тротуаров и много мусора на улицах. Рядом с отелем, в 1 минуте ходьбы большой магазин и палатки с фруктами. По самому отелю главный недостаток на наш взгляд это не стабильная горячая вода. Течёт иногда тёплая, иногда комнатной температуры. Напор тоже слабый, хотя возможно это во всей Камбодже так... Ещё странно устроен шкаф - нет полок и одна створка глухая так что пользоваться более менее удобно можно только половиной.
