LY Residences Suite & Apartment — Hotel in Siem Reap

I reviewed this property a couple of times. The condition of the 2 bedroom was lacking. There were many things that needed attention. Peeling paint, plumbing and Aircon issues. This property is dated, the location is great in a quiet location In spite of conditions , I was willing to make a reasonable offer and I did. The manager was not willing to entertain any offers on any of the apartments. She acted like she was the owner I asked her to present my offer to the owner and she said no. Now I understand why some of the 2 bedroom units have not been rented for months, or maybe years. I think the owner does not really want to rent these apartments. At least I get that impression from the manager This market changes monthly. A good owner understands that.
