I stayed here for about two weeks and, unfortunately, this has been one of the most disappointing Hilton experiences I’ve had. As a Hilton Diamond member, I received no Honors benefits at all — not even a basic room upgrade. Housekeeping was a daily source of stress: rooms were often not cleaned even late into the day, or cleaned improperly. Even after returning late and having to wait for cleaning, not once did I hear an apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience. The bed was overly soft and sunken in, which caused back pain throughout my stay. At night, I was frequently woken up by loud sliding window noises from surrounding rooms, making restful sleep impossible. Breakfast was underwhelming — the fruit and cheese sections were always empty, and coffee options were extremely limited (not even a cappuccino machine). For a Hilton property, this level of service is unacceptable. I truly wanted to enjoy my stay, but I left feeling disappointed and stressed. Sadly, I have no intention of returning to this location.

We stayed for one night and it was a great experience. The price was reasonable for what you get. The hotel room is modern and clean. There's a small walk out balcony which is a nice feature. The toiletries are from Crabtree and Evelyn which were surprising good to use. The beds were comfortable and clean. We noticed they had a promotion where you spend $80 to get a $100 gift card and breakfast for two at the hotel restaurant so we purchased one. The giftcard is a prepaid American Express card, so even though it says "valid for 12 malls across Canada", it might work anywhere that takes American Express too. It's very easy to spend $100 at the CrossIron Mills outlet though.

I recently stayed at this hotel and it was an amazing experience. The service was excellent, the location was perfect for exploring the city, and the room was clean and comfortable. What really stood out to me was when we accidentally left some items behind in the room. The hotel staff went above and beyond to help us locate our belongings, and they made sure that we got everything back safely. Their dedication to customer service truly made our stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch experience with exceptional service.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel on June 4th, and I must say it was a delightful experience in a distance from the 9th floor. From the moment I reached out to the General Manager to request a King room instead of two Queens, I was impressed by the level of service. They promptly fulfilled my request, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free.

The room itself was fantastic - clean, spacious, and boasted a stunning view of the downtown area. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I also had some additional needs during my stay, such as printing documents and requesting a distress kit, and the front desk staff were more than accommodating.

For dinner, I decided to dine at the hotel's restaurant. While the steak I ordered was good, I felt that the 8oz striploin could have been better. It had a nice fat cap, but the medium rare steak was slightly chewier than I'm accustomed to. However, the server in the evening was engaging and provided excellent service, which added to the overall dining experience.

The next morning, before checking out, I decided to have lunch at the restaurant. Unfortunately, the service from a different staff member was a bit lacking. The lady seemed quite serious and didn't engage in much interaction. I would have overlooked this if the restaurant had been busy, but it was only 2pm and not particularly crowded. Nonetheless, despite this minor setback, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

As someone in the hotel industry myself, I tend to evaluate everything from a hotelier's point of view. I want to commend Jaspreet at the front desk for being friendly and attentive. Donnable was extremely accommodating at check out. I also extend my gratitude to the housekeeping staff who maintained my room impeccably, the dinner server who provided excellent service, and, of course, the General Manager for ensuring a memorable stay.

I look forward to returning to this hotel in the future. Thank you for the...

This was my first time staying in a Hilton and to say I am disappointed is an understatement.

My first night I checked in and inspected the room, cleanliness was about a 4/10. The floor was not vacuumed properly and there was plastic on the floor from other guests. The table tops beside the bed were not wiped of drink spills and there was dust on almost every surface including the ice bucket and coffee machine. I went to bed early, and was evacuated from the hotel 2 hours later as a child had set off the fire alarm. When returing to my room, I noticed I had been bitten 2 times on my upper legs.

The next morning, I showed a picture to the lady at reception and told her I had been bitten. She told me house keeping would take care of it. All house keeping did was make the bed. The room was not cleaned at all, only my bed was made. I stayed in that room another night and was bitten again. The next morning I request to have another room on another floor. The new room was clean and I didn't have any further issues with bites.

The first night I ate in the bar, the menu not the caliber I was expecting for a Hilton. I had wings with a side salad. I had to send the salad back as the leaves were rotten green mush, the mushrooms were dark brown and gewy. The tomatoes were witherd and mushy. This was a complete disappointment.

Another night I ordered a Greek salad which again was extremely disappointing, the standard of a dive bar or cafe. I ate the food and said nothing. I was staying 4 nights as I was in town to work. I will not stay at this hotel again. I wouldn't recommend it to my company or a friend.

I gave 1 star for location because considering how far the hotel is from everything, their bar and restaurant is not sufficient if you wanted to stay for a couple of hours. The menu and quality of food isn't what I would expect from a Hilton and the atmosphere of the bar is...

Location was great as it was out of the hustle an bustle of the city if that is what you are looking for. Other than location I have noting positive to say about my experience at this property. Checked into a room with no air con after requesting that I have it as I was traveling with my large dog who required it. After checking in we informed front desk, only to be told it takes a half an hour for the air con to work. I found this odd as if that was the case why was it not pre set for guests arrival. After been informed of the air con matter I found multiple ants all over the room.

Was moved to another room only to have another issue with the air con only to find out later that the side of the property I was staying on had not yet been updated with the new air con system. These two matters of ants in the room and poorly working air con were only the tip of the ice berg with my uncomfortable experience at the hotel.

Numerous conversations happened at the front desk with no staff member been able to communicate why these issues had happened or been able to come up with a solution for my frustration. My concerns were met with a staff member informing me "these things happen, I should understand as I have worked in hotels before" and one solution was to sleep with the balcony door open in the middle of fire season when the air quality in Calgary at the time was extremely poor.

Worse hotel stay I have ever had and worse customer service leaving a taste in my mouth that the hotel was just out to take my money with little regard to quality and my...
