Kindersley Mr. sub is the worst I have ever experienced. The lady working who said she is the owner/manager would not provide me with her name and was so rude and the quality of the food was awful. First she burnt my sub (my husbands was not) he went to her and asked if she would please replace just the top of the bun (least amount of food wasted) she argued with him and was ignorant in front of other customers which was very embarrassing, then as I was eating it I could smell and taste something sour, sure enough my meat was sour. I have a photo to prove the discolouration. I took it up to her to show her and she got mad and called me a complainer, told us to leave and not come back while she started shaking the bottom half of the sub bun telling me She had to waste bread because of me. I told her it is better than making me a complete new one. I also told her Kindersley is a small place and word gets around and she said go ahead I know everyone. When I asked for more pickles the she rolled her eyes (I didn’t say anything) and she burnt my wife’s sub and we asked for just a new top on it (instead of wasting food to make a new one) she was disgusted she had to “waste” bread and argued in front of other customers. Wouldn’t microwave it, while my wife was eating it she took a bite and it tasted sour, took it back to her and she called her a complainer and told her not to come back. Read moreOk, so on Thursday October 3rd, at 7:00, I had pre-ordered on-line my FREE birthday sub at 6:30, I arrived and was told they had no time to prepare it because it was busy...ok, after waiting 15 minutes, with 2 workers......I get them to make my sub and my husbands, get to the till and they charge me for both, I explain, I pre-ordered my sub so mine was free...they scan my card and tell me, no, its expired. Omg!! I state again, that because I placed my order on-line it is now showing that it is used....I ask, where is my on line order receipt...they have no idea, the girl says I don't know how to do on-line orders....seriously?? Why offer on-line pre-orders if you don't know how....it took 25 minutes to get my subs. Never again will I order on-line from here.. What...
