I love everything here except one staff member named Matthew. I went through the drive-thru to get my pecan latte today (Nov. 2, 2024). Iâm a short person with short arms, so I had to stretch to reach my order. It took me about 10 seconds to get it, while Matthew didnât even make an effort to bend down and help me. When he realized I was reading his name, he just said, âOh, Iâm sorry.â
This is the second time heâs been rude to me and my son. The first time, we were at the counter and my 4-year-old son was touching things. He noticed the tip box and said, âMom, thereâs money!â Matthew gave him a disapproving look and took the tip box away.

Well today I was wowed. Sweet young lady by the name of Rita waited on me and cold windy day she made the sun shine.. polite suggested to try a different item, coffee was great service was awesome. And everyone seemed to be in such a fantastic mood.. has to be a whole new staff the service was totally top drawer.. thank you very much Rita and staff.....
