Overall Rating: 7/10
Length of stay: 1 Night
Features: 1 King Bed Clean bed, and sheets. Refrigerater/Microwave/Coffee machine. Desk with multiple lights. TV 50" with decent local cable(tons of sports channels) Side chair with light. Fold out sofa bed. Large display alarm clock.
Room was a bit dated. It was surface clean, and the carpets have seen better days for sure. The bed was very slabish, if you feel pain when you sleep, this is not the bed for you.
Outlets/USB-Very limited outlets. 1 duplex on each side of bed, 1/2 of duplex on desk, and 1 duplex across the room near the chair.
Working AC with a fan that does not turn off randomly throughout the night and allows the room to go down to 66°.
Bathroom-Very small tub/shower setup. (I'm 5'9" and a bigger guy), and this was a horrible experience. I was touching either the sides of the shower curtain at all times. Water pressure was decent, and it did at least drain quickly, so you're not standing in your dirty water. However, the sink drained extremely slow. Clean shower, towels, and rags. truterra products-soap, shampoo conditioner, and body lotion
Pool and Hottub-Unknown
Fitness Room-Unknown
Laundry Services-Unknown
Free continental breakfast: No, however, there is a buffet available at the restaurant in the lobby. During the week, they have a 4.99 classic or pancake breakfast with a purchase of a drink. On the picture, it appears to be 2-3 pancakes and 2 sausage or 2 eggs, breakfast potato's, and bacon. I'm not sure about the weekend buffet price.
Overall hotel: The hotel was okay for our stay. Based on other reviews, i thought this hotel was going to be much nicer. The hotel was quiet overall, clean, with nice staff. The casino is open from 10am-3am. There is a Garbonzos that has pizza and other chicken wings, meatballs, etc. Also, a McDonald's in the casino as well. It is very nice that this was a...
Read moreWill not stay at this hotel again unless absolutely necessary for 3 major reasons. I booked a room for 4 nights, 4 weeks in advance. On the phone, I reserved a queen room for $175 a night, ($180 something after taxes, I confirmed with who I booked with). Day of check in, I was told that the room I had booked was only available for that night and I’d have to move the next night to a different room. Absolutely not. I booked a room for 4 nights well in advance. Told them I wasn’t moving and asked what else can they do for me. They said they could upgrade me to a king suite for an extra $100 on the total amount, but I wouldn’t have to move. So I took that offer. When I was given the grand total, I was floored! $1388.76!!! I asked why it was so much and their excuse was that I was being charged different rates for all 4 nights with $219 being the lowest and $299 being the highest. I wanted to argue it but the front desk lady barely spoke English and I was already tired. Just cut my losses and stayed. Still have the receipt as proof though.
During the 5 day stay, my husband had the do not disturb sign on our door as we don’t require much and our room wasn’t lacking anything. Didn’t stop housekeeping from entering while he was sleeping and while we were gone out anyways. 👎🏽
I accidentally forgot my YETI water bottle and my phone charger in the room when we left. I know, that was my fault but I called back as soon as I remembered! I live 4 hours away and was halfway home. We stopped and searched our entire truck before calling, I did not walk out of that hotel with my $45 tumbler. And what do you know, nothing was found by housekeeping 🙄 even though I know for a fact that I left both of those items in the hotel room. Like, I already paid almost $1400 for the room and they still robbed me of my...
