Ordered 2 coffees and an orange pekoe tea with the tea bags still in it. After receiving our order, my mom opened her tea to stur it only to find that the tea bags broke and the black stuff was all over in the tea. She brought it in to get a new one and the supervisor gave her attitude about it. So she came out with the second tea, opened it again to stir it and the tea bags were again broken, black stuff all in the tea and there was a hair on the rim of the cup sitting in the tea. So I brought it back in and asked for the manager, she said manager wasn't in but she's the supervisor. So why the supervisor is giving attitude is beyond me. I told her the tea bags were broken again and there was a hair in the tea. She right away tried saying she didn't know how it got in there, trying to imply we put it there. So I told her its not ours, we opened the lid and it was sitting there. Very rudely she replied with "okay fine ill make you another one". And she did and the 3rd one was fine.
Overall very dissatisfied with our order and the attitude we got from the SUPERVISOR of all people here at the...
Read moreI stopped in for a late supper one night this week. I enjoy their grilled cheese sandwich, but don't go often enough to know the drill. I walked up to the counter, with only 1 person ahead of me, and 2 seated in the restaurant. The 3 young women behind the counter were working, but the one taking my order was not friendly at all. After taking my money, she walked away without a word, and I was left wondering where I would get my sandwich from....when I saw another young woman writing in a book - with gloved hands. She took something out of an oven, and continued writing, with her gloves on. Then went to another oven, and got my sandwich out, with her same gloved hand, and practically threw it at me. The purpose of gloves, is so your hands are clean, when you touch food. Writing in a note book, with a pen, is not exactly clean, when you are handling food. Last time I stop in...
Read moreOne day I went to a drive-thru and was attended by an Indian guy. His voice sounded extremely impatient and very annoying, like a mean girl in high school. When I wanted to order, he made me wait in front of the intercom for almost five minutes before responding. Later, we ordered a pizza, and possibly because it took a long time to prepare, he asked us to drive to the front door and wait. We waited for a long time, almost ten minutes, and still, no one brought out the order to us. So I went inside to ask, and it turned out they hadn't even started making it. When I asked why it wasn't made yet, they just started blaming other employees, saying things like "I thought he was doing it" and so on, shirking responsibility. There were very few people in the store at the time. It was a terrible experience, especially the attitude of the Indian guy, which...
