Los Tientos Departamentos Turísticos — Hotel in Coyhaique

Very sloppy checking in process. Nobody guided me to which apartment I was supposed to stay. There were three leaks in the ceiling, showing lack of maintenance in the property. The hot water did not last more than four minutes. There was long matted hair on the floor and pieces of toe nails. Cristian, the host, tried to assist most of the the time but his attitude was not really genuine, he seemed to have an unpleasant attitude. He has a female turkey with 4 or 5 chicks in the front yard where all cars park, which he kept in a handcrafted and tiny cage, right where the cars park with all the noise and stress that involves. They all looked very stressed and the mother turkey was always in a defensive attitude trying to protect her poults. I confronted him about it and I asked him about the poor conditions he was keeping the birds, he didn't even care. I asked him "what would you feel if you were confined in a tiny cage like that??, his answer was that "he was not a turkey". We’ve really enjoyed our stay. The appartment was clean and cozy, the beds and pillows were super comfortable and the shower was hot and had perfect pressure. Aun cuando la ubicación es buena, para llegar caminado al monumento al ovejero, la plaza, y otros atractivos turísticos, tiene múltiples falencias que lo hacen poco amigable al turista con familia de 4 personas, entre ellas, las camas, ya requieren recambio de colchon, la litera llega prácticamente al techo en la cama de arriba, creo que el dormitorio con litera es solo para 1 cama de 1 Plaza. La distribución y el tamaño de la cocina es mínimo, las ventanas de los dormitorios no cierran bien y el tamaño del baño es pequeño y sale directamente a la mesa de cocina. Reparar extractor del baño, que no funciona.

Creo que debería replantearse la cantidad máxima de pasajeros: 3 sacando la litera y dejando solo una cama 2pl y una cama de 1pl. Y la relación precio calidad no es...
