We started our stay out poorly. Our travel agent had booked us a "standard" room, but it didn't have AC, and the window opened on to a main street. Not acceptable. Luckily, we were able to upgrade to a "superior" room (for $45 USD additional!) that was larger, had AC, and a beautiful view of the volcano.||||The whole property had the feel of faded glory. Breakfast was decent, with eggs cooked to order. Everything was very clean, and the small refrigerator in the room was very welcome. The AC worked great to keep us cool, especially at night. Read moreThis is a new hotel very well built, with large rooms and bathrooms and excellent elevator. Perfect for physically impaired people. Breakfast is good. Its located at walking distance of almost everything in town (Pucón is a small city), but away enough from the noise of the city and pubs. In the fifth floor there is a bar and a hot tub with an awesome view of the landscape. The staff is also very friendly.||Probably not the best hotel for bohemian, but amazing for families and couples...
