Cabaña Hostal Vida 2000 — Hotel in Santa Cruz

We stayed at Hostel Vida2000 for one night whilst visiting Santa Cruz's wonderful wine region. We are made to feel incredibly welcome and nothing was ever too much trouble. My boyfriend and I had an amazing 2 night stay at Hostal Vida 2000. We stayed there durning the celebration of Independence Day for Chile. The whole family welcomed us and treated us as if we were one of their own. We were able to experience the traditional festivities with this wonderful group. ||It was a unique experience! Mi mama y yo nos quedamos en este hostal en el verano 2016 y fue una experiencia muy acogedora. Gabriel y su mama son personas muy educadas y serviciales, ademas de cercanas. Te hacen sentir como en casa sin hostigarte. Gabriel nos cocino un omelette para el desayuno y tenian pancito amasado. Cuando las personas aman lo que hacen se nota, y ellos aman atender bien a sus huespedes. Si pueden reservar la Piramide tendran una experiencia muy diferente a cualquier otra. Totalmente recomendable, ademas la relacion precio/calidad es excelente y tienen masajes adicionales. ||||Gabriel and his mum run this hostel. It has an amazing location, just 10 minutes walking to the downtown in a very quiet and secure street. The hosts even gave us a lift to the bus terminal. They always went out of their ways to make us feel comfortable and at home. They are very warm people and helpful. You can tell they love what they do and looking after people. Gabriel even cooked us an omelette for breakfast and they always had 'amasado bread' which is very typical in the country side. They also keep the hostel clean and tidy, they are very friendly but they don't invade your privacy. If you can book the 'Pyramid room' then you will have a fun experience. His mum does massages and there is a hot tub there. I would recommend this hostel 100%. Best value...
