Hilton Garden Inn Chengdu Chunxi Road Center — Hotel in Chengdu

We originally planned to stay here only for 3 nights and switch to another hotel for our last day in Chengdu. But we enjoyed the stay here so much that we changed our booking to stay here again.Location is excellent, 7-10min flat-ground walk from Chunxi metro exit D, IFS mall. Along the way, there are plenty of restaurants, shops, malls which are opened till late. You’ll find yourself in the middle of everything yet still feel peaceful.Both rooms were adequately spacious, clean, neat and very comfortable. We are able to open up 2 big luggage bags, a small luggage n still have space to walk.But the biggest highlight of the stay, is the staff. Their service and attentiveness is STELLAR. The front desk team is always happy to help and doing their best for us. Fantastic service. We were having trouble with * because it required a local number which we didn’t have. The receptionist, Sini, was kind enough to lend us her number for our deliveries. She also gave us a late checkout at 2pm.Only issue we had was that our travel dates were right at the start of spring, so it was not warm enough for the central air conditioning to be turned to cold yet. This meant we were sleeping in warm rooms instead of cold rooms. Opening the windows didn’t really help much either.Otherwise, everything else was perfect!Location was great, room was big enough to open up 2 standard size luggages with a small living space as well for meals.The toilet and shower were separated, and basic utilities like toothbrush, in door slippers, towels, shampoo, soap and conditioner were...

It was a fantastic hotel ! Great location right in the middle of Chunxi Road with restaurants and coffee and shopping . We got a free upgrade to a deluxe suite room without us even asking. And furthermore they gave us complimentary breakfast for two. When we checked out, they gave us a gift of panda soft toy and a panda tote bag. The front desk staff are friendly and warm. The hotel room is spacious, clean, strong pressure in the toilet and shower and so beautifully designed. You will love it! Only 1 feedback.
