T Social Hotel — Hotel in Guangzhou City

Location is not convenient, within walking distance from the metro but have to walk over 2 overhead walkway to get to the hotel. The stairs would not be good for the elderly or if you have young children or pram. Except for the in-house Muslim restaurant ( very decent and inexpensive halal food) in the hotel, there are no restaurants or shops nearby. We arrived late and indicated it the booking notes too. The front desk upon our arrival refused to accept us despite of showing our booking confirmation, instead he just throw it towards us. We keep on insisting until he checked it in their system. If hotel staff like this still be in the front desk it only shows how bad the hotel is in dealing with their clients and future clients. The hotel was not clean & neat , we found cockroach in the hotel reception lobby. The rooms lobby also had a lot of dirt. The room was also not that clean & was very small as compared to the pictures shown. The staff was not very cooperative, instead the receptionist showed us attitude. They didn’t help us book a taxi.
