At £10 a night, you really cant go wrong. We had a lovely stay here for 4 nights. When we arrived we were greeted with a cup of Chinese tea which was really nice to come in from the rain to. ||||Our double bed room was very spacious and offered amenities such as kettle, toothbrushes etc. It was also cleaned and beds made up each day which was a nice touch. ||||We ate at the restaurant in the property twice and the food was lovely! The location was also great, right in the centre and you step out to lots of stalls and street foods. ||||The staff were all very friendly and even on our departure gave us some chopsticks with the name of the hostel engraved. Located on one of the main streets in the old city, you certainly don't have to go far for sightseeing, restaurants or shopping. The room itself is very small if not tiny. Bathroom has a CLEAR glass door. Wall separating bathroom & bed is also made of clear glass, there is however a semi sheer curtain for the barest of privacy. Floors are dirty although they do provide you with slippers!! Windows/walls separating the room & the pretty patio are very thin so any noise/conversation can be easily overheard from the room & vice versa.
