上海静安铂尔曼酒店 — Hotel in Shanghai

The hotel won't turn on the AC even after requested. Pretty amateur for a luxury hotel. It's currently May, approaching summer with humidity. I was here to get a Schengen Visa, and I thought I'd give Pullman a try since I was wondering if it's worth getting a membership and it's within walking distance to the TLS center. It turned out to be a bad experience. We initially found out that the AC in our room couldn't cool it down at all. Different staff came by trying to check on the issue, and then we were told it'S atcually because the main AC of the hotel wasn't on. They refused to turn on the main control in the hotel but offered a fan, and then offered to upgrade to a CEO room, saying that that room is on the opposite side of our original room and the temperature would be better in that room. We rejected the options since it still wouldn't resolve the issue of the heat without the AC. They couldn't answer us when we asked why they couldn't turn it on. We had to check out on the same day and get a refund and went to the other hotel that we have membership with. The staff talking to us were nice but couldn't...

上海作為國際城市，有許多五星級hotel,這次為了讓媽媽實現兒時期待的上海之旅，選擇靜安鉑爾曼這個比較安靜、不在鬧區，也適合家庭的五星級酒店。

優點1:設施很完善 從入口處的禮賓接待、大廳、餐廳、座椅，都很不錯，房間內部設施也很充足，廁所也很新很乾淨，個人很注重衛生，靜安鉑爾曼的設施都是在水準之上，感覺大廳有噴香水，都香香的

優點2:服務人員態度都很好 作為對大陸不熟悉的旅客，很多步驟都都不清楚，接待的櫃檯人員Tina非常的細心和耐心，看到我們是兩大一小，主動為我們升級了房間，延遲退房，很貼心，十分感謝！就算同一個問題問好多遍也耐心回應，感恩

16層的打掃人員同樣很熱心和貼心，感謝

缺點： 唯一想提的不是很滿意的點是泳池對外開放，所以人很多、越晚水髒，平時會讓一般民眾辦會員卡，尤其現在中午和晚上下班時間，非常多小孩和教練課的，加上泳池不大，所以特別擁擠，到晚上水幾乎混濁到看不清水底，對於酒店來說肯定想多賺錢，對於旅客來說當然會覺得人越少越好，看自己能不能接受了

最後，上海作為國際城市，靜安鉑爾曼身為國際五星級酒店，會有更多國際旅客，出於人道精神，希望酒店櫃檯和服務人員能有張高腳椅坐著，在工作之餘能有休息的機會，旅客enjoy life 同時也希望員工能enjoy life...
