This is an excellent hotel for its location, friendly staff, 24 hour assistance system to guest. Despite language barrier, the hotel always made sure that there was someone to speak English to us since we are foreign guests. ||||The hotel staff takes care of the hotel a lot and they also hear your problems. Saying about problems don't hesitate to let the hotel reception know if you encounter any sort of problem in the hotel as the staff solves the problem immediately.||||This does not come as a surprise why the hotel is worth living as the hotel offers in-built restaurant and spa. I was here on business for three months. I stayed in a suite with a kitchenette. The room was decent sized with a living room area, bedroom, kitchen and a porch/patio. The staff didn't peak much English but they went out of their way to try. Even when I had an issue in my bathroom with the tile wall, they came up with me when they couldn't figure out what I was trying to say. They were apologetic, rectified the issue, offered me compensation, called my Chinese speaking friend to convey their messages, and even made a point to have an English speaker there when I returned form work. This hotel was given directions that a non-smoking room was necessary. My plane arrived late (as per usual in China) and when I finally arrived at this hotel, there was no non-smoking room available. ||Further, when speaking with the front desk and showing them the email where this hotel has promised a non-smoking room, suddenly, no one was able to either speak or understand English. This despite the email was written in English.||||Had to finally leave - and no one at the front desk offered any help to get a taxi for me. ||||This is the most disappointing hotel I have ever dealt with and will never recommend this establishment to anyone.
