I've stayed at this hotel for a total of several weeks over the past 12 months and this is my favorite hotel in the Nanshan area of Shenzhen. The staff is nice. The rooms are big and usually very well maintained. The hotel is clean and safe and the internet is usually reliable and fast. If you want a western breakfast then sometimes the selection is not enough. If you want a gym then go to the Holiday Inn located next door (BTW the hotels are connected via a covered walkway on the third floor). The Holiday Inn room rates are double but they have a gym. There are two bakeries and several coffee shop options within a 3 minute waking distance. It takes about 10 or 15 minutes to walk to Coastal City which has high-end shopping and more restaurants. Nice low type toilet and in my room a bath as well as shower (that might not apply to all rooms) notwithstanding the shower was great. Not much food service every evening but they will serve you in the coffee shop or...

Service is excellent. An alarm clock on the table would be a valuable asset. Although the Hotel may need to kickoff upgrade program, a quick solution is put on the...
